I just want to say that the new 1W portables wickedlasers are flogging are more dangerous than you can imagine. Wicked lasers is irresponsible and will endanger peoples safety with these horrible things. You can't look at that kind of light for a second without making yourself handicapped. I think ur eye would be damaged so badly that it couldnt be fixed with technology we got at this moment. Meaning ur eyeball would be useless and transplants like that is not yet possible :/ So I recommed not to even fake doing that

Actually I've Purchased a 100mW executive laser from WickedLasers and had no problem receiving it (I live in Canada). AND, it clearly states that if the product does not reach the consumer (for whatever reason including being confiscated at customs), WickedLasers will give you a full refund.
However, if you buy lasers from non-professional businesses or directly from people on eBay, you are most likely shit out of luck.

Nan ce n'est pas la densité de chaleur (machin truc ?) mais c'est la couleur d'absorption qui est le plus grand facteur. Un ballon blanc refléchirait beaucoup d'énergie (la lumiere) donc d'éclaterais pas. Au contraire, le ballon rouge ou noir absorberait le vert, l'energie absorbée se convertissant en chaleur fera fondre le plastique et enfin permetteras d'éclater le ballon...
