It is funny. Everytime you see a guitar player with a wedding ring on he can play really well. Married guys get to practice a lot because their wives wont let them out of the house. I used to play well also..single again after all these years.

I have always liked this song and you perform it well. I also admire your choice of titles. I would chose them too, if I could play a guitar.

There is one thing I would do differently in the videos; the fret hand sometimes makes distracting noise. I think this is mostly due to the placement of the microphone (probably in the camera) which may be too close to the neck. If the mic was nearer to your pick hand or beyond, I believe the sound would be purer and more enjoyable. Just a thought....

Very nice, but you've fallen prey to a nearly universal habit of classical guitarists: every bass note is played as a grace note. Nobody playing any other instrument would do this, and it's very distracting. You have a great sound, though, and I liked the arrangement.

...just to clarify: I was talking about when the bass note is supposed to happen at the same time as a melody note. Of course, bass notes that are just part of an arpeggio filler don't come out at grace notes.

Listen when the first three melody notes are played after 0:09. You'll hear that in each case the bass note that's supposed to be played at the same time as the melody is actually plucked a fraction of a second earlier. A huge example is at 1:13, when the piece changes mood.

It has become so common for guitarists to play this way that we don't even hear it anymore. It's easier to play this way than to pluck notes with thumb and finger at truly the same time. I think it's just a lazy habit.

Oh I see (that's what you called "grace note"). Actually it's a matter of preference or taste rather than a common "error" because to me it's not any easier to play this way. If you had been playing guitar for a while you would understand what I mean here. By the way, in the guitar world (at least for classical guitar) "grace notes" actually mean something else and they are not played the same way as piano or other instruments. But I still appreciate your opinion.
