  • I to am sad that this "satanic-rumors" has been hurting metal, that we all love and enjoy. I know that satanism is constantly gazed upon, as anti-social lowlifes who's burning churches, wrecking graveyards, harassing innocent Christians etc. But I'm here to tell you all, once and for all, that those horrific actions.. To be perfectly honest.. At times it makes me want to just hide my own beliefs.! I'm born and raised in a satanic family, and just happen to love music like metal, rap, celtic etc.

  • And even if Black metal is so fuckin evil as many antimetal people say because its about devil, I dont fuckin care because its awesome just like Black Pagan Metal ! I think Pop music is even more satanic because its music only for money and all that trendy shit ! I also hate people who say "Heavy Metal fan" to me! I only hear Black Metal, Pagan Black Metal, Folk/Pagan Metal and so on. Metal all the way \m/ \m/

  • Who cares if it's satanic or not, as long it's not christian...

  • most early black metal bands eg venom celtic frost and merciful fate used the satan imagery to shock people but never beleved in it and also the early norweigan black metal bands were not satanic they simply only used satan as a inspration for thier music but yet agin they never beleved in it

  • metal is not actually satanic there r only few satanic bands

  • I'm sorry, but they have been PUBICLY accused xD OMG I LAUGHED SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HARD ROFLMAO

  • Sad part is that bands like Venom, Celtic Frost, and Mercyful Fate simply used Satanic symbols for shock value to sell records. Most were atheists and Venom was very tongue-in-cheek with their Satanic antics on-stage.

Even bands like Bathory, Mayhem, Emperor, Gorgoroth, and Immortal were NOT Satanic. They were generally Atheist or Neo-Pagan(Paganism is DIFFERENT from Satanism), and even Varg(The guy who burned all the churches) has outright stated he's not a Satanist, but a Pagan rebel.

  • haha I was about to say you should've used some Impended Doom to demonstrate Christian metal with growling/screaming vocals, but you got it :)

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! i'm SICK! lots of videos by so-called metalheads, who cannot even defend the bands they love against the satanic stereotype. not that i care about it, im atheist and couldn't care less, but some metalheads do, and that's why i say there should be a maximum ten truly satanic bands. everything else is just a phony. or do you still think Venom, burzum, or gorgoroth are satanists?

  • I am glad to let the sheep enjoy whatever music they want. The wolves know that there is no path of righteousness. There is only Satan.

  • I meant good song not a good don't.

  • Its hilarious that they covered this song, they also made a song called BURN IN HELL. Its a good don't though.

  • You could always try Christian black metal if you're not a fan of deathcore. Crimson Moonlight is a perfect example of a God-worshipping band within black metal, which is truly seen as a satanic subgenre of metal. You could try bands like Mortification, too. There's a fair bit of death, melodeath, and black metal out there praising God.

That being said, I met up with Brook, the vocalist of Impending Doom, twice at shows. He's definitely a Christian and one of the nicest guys I've ever met.

  • keep metal evil! it keeps normal ppl out, they would ruin our music. ke ke ke!

  • So damn true.

  • It must hurt to sing like that

  • Actually Satanism isn`t the worshiping of the Devil only the symbol of Satan.

It`s a religion of atheists. Read more about it: in google type satanism philosophy and you will find out that everything you knew about satanism is wrong.

I myself thought so, but now I`m a satanist. But still tolerates other religions.

  • @Metal666Blade Satan has to do with religion... so you acknowledge god, = not atheist?

  • @Metal666Blade Theistic Satanism worships the fallen angel, Satan. Atheistic Satanism is the philosophy you're referring to.

  • @reapsoul964 Yeah, you know the one that has to do with Antoin La Vey.

  • Actually Satanism isn`t the worshiping of the Devil only the symbol of Satan.

It`s a religion of atheists. Read more about it: in google type satanism philosophy and you will find out that everything you knew about satanism is wrong.

I myself thought so, but now I`m a satanist.

  • I'd rather go to hell and listen to metal than be a gullible suck-up Christian dickhead and go to heaven.

  • @mrbeaniebaby Thank God that we have some good Christian metal out there, then.

  • So what if someone actually is a satanic beliefer? There is no right or wrong religion, it's not less acceptable than christianity, accept the fact that ALL religions is equally accepted, no matter if it's satanism or christianity.

If one cannot accept all religions, then NO religions is acceptable.

  • Tom Araya is actually a practicing Catholic :S

YOU KNOW IT'S SAD BUT TRU-UE!

  • Pubicly.... LMAO!! HAHAHHA!!!

  • I applaude you! AMEN!

  • amen

  • i fucking hate christian metal. metal is about rebelling agaisnt the majority, and when you agree with the majority it loses its point and becomes white noise

  • This stereotyping of heavy metal bands being linked with satanic worship is absolutely ridiculous. I will admit that I am offended by some metal bands when they don't really consider the impact their lyrical content has, but sounding satanic and actually being violent are two completely different things. You think heavy metal is in worship of Satan? You obviously haven't heard any black metal music. Now that genre is just evil. Completely fucked up. Even a lot of the musicians themselves.

  • Jeez, I can hear how loose the guitar strings are in the second one.

  • so your saying that black metal is not really metal but twisted sister is, GTFO.

  • I ACCUSE YOUR PUBES OF BLASPHEMY!

  • metallica sux and satan kills.. the week lessers...

  • The real satanists in metal are the Norwegian black metal bands. Well not all, some are just against Christianity for forcing their ancestors to become Christians, but there are ones that really are inspired by satan.

Either way, their music is great.

There is also Christian Norwegian black metal, which sounds like an oxymoron. lol

  • well done well stuff like slipknot and all that ain't bad too actually i think they're quite good. but well heavy metal can't be a subgenre as it came first your so right well done!

  • at 1:18 it said PUBIC

  • Heavy metal is a subgenre of metal????? Since when?!?! Saying "metal" is just easier than saying out "heavy metal". You kids today think that putting an adjective in from of metal automatically means that it is a sub-genre. You can even look on wikipedia at Sabbath's first album, it's classified as "Heavy Metal".

  • @Takatalvi777 It's classified as heavy metal because it is a subgenre of metal.. heavy metal. Overkill and Exodus are thrash metal bands and thrash IS a subgenre of metal.

  • Lol, pubicly.

    Heavy metal ftw!

  • People who think all metal is satanic are the same ones who think Marilyn Manson is responsible for some dumbassed group of redneck kids shooting up their school. Realistically, music influences people, and that's about it. The ones who choose to kill or harm people based on influence from music are weak minded, brainless idiots. Listen to Bill Hicks about satanic music! Haha

  • what is satanism? worshiping some cartoon idea of "satan" by name or adhering to what the real satan stands for? anyone can sing a christmas carol.............. even satan. words and superficial labels are cheap. as in anything in life, satanism is as satanism thinks and does.

  • @anewdayproductions satanists dont worship satan. sounds wierd, but true.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition actually they do. they're just not aware of it. i understand what you're saying, but truly worshiping someone or something is every bit as much a matter of motivation and deed as it is merely word. a person can label themselves anything imaginable. however what they actually are is a distinct and unrelated reality unto itself.

  • @anewdayproductions actually, you are missing a fundamental part of the satanist religion. they do not see satan as a literal being. i guess you could be right in the respect that they revere satan as the carnal natural animal that man really is. However, they do not worship Satan in the same way as Christians worship Jehovah and his son, Jesus.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition i understand all that, however i don't think you have the slightest idea what i'm talking about with what i last said. in life, what we worship is what we actually (and principally) worship whether we are aware of it or not, regardless of what label we might choose to put on it. that's the problem with satanism specifically. what most satanists don't realize is that the fundamental tenet of satanism has its beginning with satan and his narcissistic pride.

  • @anewdayproductions " in life, what we worship is what we actually (and principally) worship whether we are aware of it or not, regardless of what label we might choose to put on it."

now to make you look stupid. how do we know what we are worshipping if we dont put a name to it? So youre saying what we worship is...what we worship, whether its named "God" or "Satan"?

once again, Satanists DO NOT worship Satan as a deity. They worship him as a symbol. there is a difference.

  • @anewdayproductions after a nice bowel movement, i get what youre saying now. its not whether they worship Satan as a deity or a symbol, they are still worshipping satan.

Also, i used to be a Satanist, but i no longer affiliate my self with that religion for 1 reason. Satanism has 2 main parts(in my view): 1) Humans are no different from any other animal, except that we are smarter (not necessarily wiser). 2) Elitism.

i do not like part 2. elitism is bull shit.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition i'm very glad to hear that you're not into satanism anymore. satanism is about as hypocritical as it gets...... that or atheism which they are usually inexorably linked.

there's nothing to guide such a system other than a "might makes right" rule of law. which this is nothing more than complete lawlessness which is untenable.

humility (but not weakness) and soberness is the beginning of true wisdom. don't be deceived by man centered lies. study and learn the truth.

  • @anewdayproductions well...im an atheist. i get morals from common sense and logic. and satanism is not hypocritical, its just that i dont like elitists.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition wrong. you get your morals and common sense from the status quo and what is generally accepted as "moral." the only problem with that is that it is all relative and easily rationalized away when it gets in the way of what we want. that's not real morality, that's defining the rules as you go. and don't tell me that you don't do this because i know you do. after all, by your own admission you have no objective point of reference by which an absolute moral standard flows.

  • @anewdayproductions True, i dont have an objective moral standard. Also, having a subjective moral standard is perfectly ok. Example, if a Christian thinks that being homosexual is amoral, because they get there morals from the bible, that is ok. It is also ok for a Christian to think that being gay is fine, because he/she was raised in a tolerant and open-minded family or household.

Also, by common sense, i mean this: if some1 steals from me, i wouldnt like it. so i wouldnt steal from them.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition "perfectly ok" and "fine" are both arbitrary and subjective views and statements on your part as well as "tolerant" and "open minded."

i could be "tolerant" and "open minded" about a great number of things and on the surface it may appear that i am enlightened, non judgmental, etc... but the real truth of the matter is likely that i simply don't care. apathy is absolutely not the same thing as tolerance. to say otherwise is to reveal major hypocrisy.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition apathy thinly veiled as tolerance is anything but virtuous. this is the hypocrisy of a dying world. also, being that you acknowledge no objective rulebook, you have but no choice to arbitrarily define things. what else could you possibly judge by? but if there actually is an objective rulebook (irrespective of your stated beliefs) then regardless of how you feel, you are in error and error usually and certainly in this case does come with a cost. life shows us this daily.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition consider the words of axl rose in "welcome to the jungle" to where he says: "you can have anything you want, but you better not take it from me."

this is the hypocritical law of the world....... live and let live, be tolerant and "judge" nothing (certainly not me) ........ that is until it affects something that you really care about and then "tolerance" goes out the window. this is total hypocrisy and it's at the heart of a practically innumerable number of real problems.

  • @anewdayproductions ok dude, i give up. you are just straight up stubborn. im just tired of this argument that is really getting nowhere. you win. get back to your life and live it as full as you can.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition okay, but i hope you will seriously think about what i've said. believe me, it's in your best interest to do so. take care and all the best.

  • @TheOnlyAttrition also, satanism is most definitely hypocritical. the fact that you don't understand this right now is not proof that i am mistaken. it is merely that you are missing something in your thinking about the subject. remember our earlier conversation and how sure of yourself you were? don't let your pride deceive you. if you can be wrong once, you can be wrong again. let the facts speak for themselves and be willing to acknowledge them. remember, humility is number one.

  • @anewdayproductions ok. so what exactly do you know, that you can prove with citable evidence, about satanism, that you think i dont know? This, sir, is not my pride talking: this is my superior knowledge on the subject of Satanism talking.

  • What is so evil about Satanism in the first place?

  • @FuckTheWorld623 You are an Idiot

  • @codafett, come fourth with accurate evidence or shut the fuck up. Christianity condoes rape, murder, sex slavery, slavery, genocide, intolorance, rape, child and animal sacrificing, pedophilia, and Satan is evil because He...conviced a woman made out of a man's rib to eat from a magical tree?

  • @FuckTheWorld623 ya i don't get it why people asum sataism is killing goats drinkin gblood and hating god don't you think christians are a bit hypocritical there?

  • @FuckTheWorld623 Nothing is evil about Satanism. But Christianity does not condone rape, murder, sex, slavery, genocide, etc. Every religion is about spreading peace as well as there own message. What causes war is the fact that one religion does not agree with another religion therefore making both religions seem like they condone war and murder and genocide, which is not true. And besides, how does Christianity condone any of that stuff?

  • @alpengeist19 I agree. There's nothing interesting about the lyrical themes of pop, rap or anything Christian related.

I'd prefer to hear a Satanic song too, even though I believe the whole concept of Satan and God is bullshit.

  • You sure twisted sister isn't glam/hair metal?

  • naming something twisted christmas is asking for trouble - knowing that christmas is related to religion

  • Black metal is satanic. This song is Twisted Sister :)

  • i seriously get mocked almost everyday for listening to "satanic music" I laugh at them because they call POWER METAL "Satanic" (Dragonforce, Twilighning, Power Quest, ect.) fucking idiots.

  • @travis5352

Aha Power Metal is my Favorite and its funny because Bands like Freedom Call and even Helloween have songs about God in a good way.

  • i used to only listen to metallica but now they're completely mainstreamand i dont listen to metal any more. I listen to breaking benjamin and 3 days grace

  • @TheCODTactics breaking benjamin and 3 days grace are even more mainstream... and just because somthings mainsteam it doesn't automatically make it bad

  • christian music is an oxymoron kind of like military intelligence. The two words just don't work make sense together. keep it in church and leave our metal alone!

  • @josephT90 there are christian black metal bands you know? slayers vocalist tom araya is a christian and ive heard him say "hail satan" in songs. christians have no problem making metal. im christian and i listen to behemoth and stuff like that. i dont bitch about it like you are. not all christians are hardasses who rape little boys

  • Comment removed

  • @alpengeist19 @alpengeist19 The song you're thinking of is Skeleton Christ, written by Kerry King. (Off course, there could be others, I haven't heard them all yet).

  • @Andy97009814 im pretty sure he says it in postmortem too. but yea thats my point. he doesnt have a problem dissing christianity. it just makes an interesting song. id rather listen to ppl singing about satan than ppl singing about their car and shawty and alcohol

  • lol "pubicly"

  • lol pubicly

  • OK I hate heavy metal but really - who's going to call it Satin's music. The type of music somebody listens to really doesn't do much with their religion.

  • The Devil looks cool on a cover, which cause controversy and sell records

    its that simple

Also its more about individualism against religion opression and conformity.

I hail no demons of chuches

    Only Metal and thyself

  • Metal = satanism? You gotta be kidding me. Those who say that must know only about Deicide which is satanic metal band. Most of metal is actually not satanic.

  • @oonkovis You're right. Not all metal is Satanic but I do love Satanic death metal and damn proud of it.

  • Metal = satanism? You gotta be kidding me. Those who say that must know only about Deicide which is satanic metal band. Most of metal is actually not satanic.

  • Heavy Metal Is Dead!!!

  • Twisted Sister meant!

  • Dingle294 you are fucking stupid stop talking bullshit judas priest is a pure Heavy metal band get it!

  • Twisted Sister isn't metal it's hard rock

  • @Dingle294 no they are glam metal although they do have some hard rock elements.

  • I guess I could catagorize that as metal. There were so many glam bands that just didn't fit the metal label though. Anyways, I saw a video with Steven Tyler singing "Amazing Grace" if that dosn't prove that rock/metal isn't satanic then I don't know what dose.

  • yea ur right and what about other songs like every rose has its thorn by poison or after forever by sabbath? for god sakes thats a straight up christian song!

  • Hard rock and Heavy metal is very closely related ;)

  • Comment removed

  • Actually, I think Black Sabbath would be as primitive as metal gets. I would say led zeppelin, but they didn't quite achieve metal until after Sabbath brought it forward.

  • yeah sorry, i forgot about this comment and i dont know why on earth i said that... i think i meant in comparison with death metal and deathcore etc... ill remove it

  • @Dingle294 rofl no twisted sister is classifyed as metal, whatever way you put it.

  • this is not "heavy metal" it is classic metal...

  • Exactly

  • wtf not all growling and deathmetal is satanic u know check out a black metal band called dimmu borgir there cathloc

  • lol dimmu borgir is NOT catholic ! ( i don't think that catholics would have a pentagram as their symbol and make poetic lyrics about the horned dood from hell XD )

from what i heared , their lead vocalist , Shagrath , IS a la veyan satanist

so don't count Dimmu as chirstian , cos they're not

if you're looking for christian black metal , try Antestor ^^

  • antestor is christain i know that but i always thought dimmu was cathloc hmmmmmmm oh well anyways i like black metal but this video has a good point

  • i only like one subgenre of black metal and that's symphonic black metal ^^

and i agree , those fools should stop classifying the whole metal genre as 'heavy metal' which is a subgenre

as for satanism , that's only in death and black metal , but there are ALOT more metal genres which don't have satanic refrence , so yeah , people should start opening their eyes :)

  • i agree i only like sympothonic black metal but i only like two black metal bands such as behemoth and immortal but behemoth isnt really black metal there black death metal and also yeah my friend says all metal is for people who worship satan but thats nonsense actually i think theres more cathloc, atheist, pegan, and christain metal bands than there is satanic bands

  • same here , lots say that metal is the devil's work , but they don't really look at the lyrics of ALL metal genres ! they just point towards death and black metal lyrics and say " Look ! here's the proof that metal is satanic ! "

at first i thought : i think that these guys should listen to bands like Nightwish or some Christian Metal and open their eyes , but now i think that if they want satanic metal , let them have it and sick MP3's on their ears with dimmu borgir on max volume :D

  • yup in fact next time my grandma or my friend sees me listining to death metal ill show them some cathloc metal bands like black sabbath who are heavy metal and they will change there mind i think they should make a tv show to explain why all metal isnt satanic i think the reason people think it is because its the heaveist genre AND on top of that they do use death/black metal and deathcore as an excuse for metal being satanic lol its bull man im tellin ya

  • I hate people who steriotype metal bands and their fans of being Satanists. Ok, I admit. I think the bible is nonsence but I'm not a devil worshipper, though. I hope all anti-metal critics see this video!

  • Btw. I forgot to point out I do listen to bands who relate to satanism such as Morbid Angel, Deicide, Possessed, Venom and many more. Satanism is one of my favorate subjects in music. I think it's facinating.

  • @SJTOfficial I´m not satanic either, but i pretend for the lawls. Anyway back in school everyone used to say I was the "satanic kid" and stuff, but i kinda liked it cos the phrase was like "that satanic kid is really good at guitar"

  • @HardRawRocknRoll I get that from my family and friends and laugh along with them. I don't mind them joking and I joke about it myself but if people take it too seriously it does annoy me a bit, though.

  • just tell em you'll do a voodoo ritual to summon a demon on them, lolololol

  • Haha! Yeah, I should lol!

  • im a satanist i hate cristan music this vid sucks ass

  • lol

    trash metal

    death metal

    doom metal

    black metal

    folk metal

    new metal

    power metal isn't =heavy metal

  • kwl vid

  • dumbshit are you telling me venom isnt heavy? stop listening to fucking glam metal.

  • There's more satanism in hiphop than heavy metal I'd say, because it talks about sinful acts such as stealing, sex, drugs, murdering and what not. you could say the same thing in metal, but hiphop doesnt have guitar solos ;)

  • To prove how much utter BULLSHIT the whole "metal is Satanic, and so are those who listen to it" stereotype is, look no further than the first line in Megadeth's "Peace Sells" song;

"What do you mean I don't believe in God? I talk to him everyday!"

  • @SuperDroogie187 yeah that really makes a case you stupid ass.

  • @SuperDroogie187 yeah dude or in the war pigs song it talks about the christian end of the world and the evil being punished, CHRISTIAN themes am i right

  • you are aware that "metal" (when referring to the music genre) is just short for "heavy metal" right? so dont say it is a a "sub-genre"

  • watch?v=oS88TXZMqII

  • lol just type in EVILS OF ROCK MUSIC PART 1 and have fun theres nothing else to say your video is a fail ;) goodbye

  • Most of the people in metal that are so called Satanic just use it as a gimmick. Its scary, different, and interesting like a horror movie. The guitarists for Slayer (who write most of their lyrics) are both athiests. James Hetfield from Metallica is a Christian (or so it suggests by his childhood raising on it and his many biblical references in Metallica lyrics). A lot of bands write about evil because its simply interesting and matches the heaviness of the sound of the music.

  • @iammadeoutofmetal slayer guitarists kerry is athiests jeff is catholic and tom is catholic

  • @iammadeoutofmetal absolutely correct

  • "death metal & black metal is the satanic"

    ...Wow...

There are Satanic Death and Black Metal bands but not all of them are. Hell, Black Metal is mostly nonconformist, Anti religious and misanthropic....of course there are bands that write lyrics about the occult.

  • I listen to itand im wiccan

i grew up listening to black metal its my life

  • Heavy Metal is actually the original name for the metal genre.

  • Deathcore is already worse than all Deathmetal subgenres. But Christian Deathcore is the worst bullshit ever!

  • you don't have to say that "the devil's great" in order to be satanic. A song can be satanic without even mentioning satan. There's A LOT of satanic music out there. I agree that to say that metal is satanic is to be an ignorant, but you can't deny the fact that much of the contemporary music is FILLED with evil, Godless, satanic stuff. And white metal is generally mocked among "metalheads".

  • a lot of bands who sing about satanic stuff arent really satanists either

  • exactly and even Varg Vikerns from Burzum said that most of the early black metal bands from the early 90's werent satanists they were just nonconformist.

  • i saw a vid on here that some guy was taking lyrics and saying that those band were satanic, fact is he didnt read the rest of the lyrics or play the entire song, a lot of people who say ALL of metal is satanic are taking a lot of things out of context

  • hell ya

  • And don't forget the "satanic" Iron maiden's Revolations it starts with an English hymn

  • I couldn't agree more. I'm an atheist, but I don't attack those that believe in a higher authority...something a lot of Christians have yet to do.

  • I wanna let you know I support you after seeing this vid.I tell people the same thing and it drives me crazy.I am a fan of Impending Doom btw but I only liked their first album. The second just sounds like Carnifex. And I am a Christian.

  • death metal & black metal is the satanic

other stuff like glam, thrash, and classic heavy isnt, its the biggest stereotype.

just like saying slayer, iron maiden and black sabbath is satanic, they arent, thats another big stereotype. they talk ABOUT the devil and stuff, they dont WORSHIP him. theres a BIG difference there

  • not all death and black metal is about satan either.

  • satanism is rap you cant change the fact that it is

Metal is one of the kinds of music with less real satanism in it

  • I think you've got it wrong on one point. Heavy Metal is not a subgenre in itself. "Heavy Metal" is the entire Metal genre, but it is often shortened to "Metal" for convenience, the same way "Rock n' Roll" is shortened to "Rock". All of the subgenres fall under Heavy Metal, Heavy Metal is not a subgenre, it's the entire thing. Thrash metal, for example, is a subgenre of Heavy Metal, and Black Sabbath can be considered Protometal, or Doom Metal. I'm pretty sure I'm correct.

  • But, otherwise, yes, your points are completely valid and people stupidly stereotype heavy metal without giving it a true runthrough. I just thought I'd point out that commonly made mistake.

  • you are, in fact, 100% correct. even though like the point of the video is correct. also Twisted Sister is a Glam Metal band.

  • Music is music, religion is a fucking lie.Satanism and christianity are two sides of the same coin, you must have something to fear and turn to christianity.Enjoy music and fuck religion.Peace

  • "Heavy metal is a subgenre of metal".

You have much to learn, young one.

  • the irony of this vid and my screen name

  • But Satan is sooo METAL though!

  • HEAVY METAL IS FOR DEVIL WORSHIPERS

  • COCKS ARE FOR YOUR ASS YOU FUCKING HOMO

  • Where is your proof?

  • um no metal is a way to express anger, if you want satanic metal look up slayer

  • sry let me clean that up it is One way to express your feelings( anger, hate, love, death, ect)

  • Heavy Metal is for people who are in the side of GOD

  • just because ur a christian it doesn't mean that you cant listen to metal, that includes the most extreme types of metal as well. music is an art form and those who believe whatever they hear whether it be through music or religion should have no involvement in either. im catholic but i listen to some really dark stuff and i feel like it has no impact on my religious beliefs. i just like the way heavy metal in general sounds compared to the crap they play on the radio. just my opinion.

  • Religion kills people.

    Metal is an art form.

    Which one is more evil?

  • What is it about christianity that makes bands suck so much?

  • I don't know, everyone I've heard has said deathcore sucks, but I heard bludgeoned to death by Suicide Silence and I thought it was pretty kool, does anyone know if their singer cups the mike, cause thats a big no-no in death metal

  • Uhm Twisted Sister was one of the generic Glam Metal bands of the 80's, heavy metal isn't even a subgenre, it was coined by steppenwolf in the song "born to be wild" thats where they got the term to describe this harder sound. Heavy Metal relates directly to Metal

  • actually Steppenwolf was just talking about motorcycles in that song

and Twisted Sister are pretty good

and Dimmu Borgirs cover of Burn In Hell kicks ass!!!

  • The black metal Christian band sounded like one big belch after eating a whole Christmas turkey.

  • lol dude, if you mean Impending Doom. that`s not black metal. that`s deathcore.

    and deathcore sucks ass.

black metal is Immortal, Mayhem, Burzum, Carach Angren and bands like that.

Impending doom isn`t even near black metal.

  • Yea, I watched a documentary on a Norwegian Black metal bands, and of Mayhem.

  • They be CRAZY! lol

  • impending doom used to suck. there newer stuff is brutal death metal though. no more gay pig squeals. if you want black metal try antestor.

  • i agree. deathcore fails. and i hate bands like that that feed into the stereotype. theyre not REALLY even metal
