  • Proud to say Chris is a personal friend of mine. He is better in person, having a few beers and sitting around the kitchen table enjoying some of the local salad. and playing the guitar. We love You you OZ, from Texas, USA!!

  • Awesome :)

  • Good harp players are so few, Chris is the master. Every note is carefully chosen and he never overplays.

  • @peterdonelly Peter i have to agree with you. Chris is up there wih the best of them, never a bad note always so smooth and cool. A Legend

  • That is music. My God. I saw him play once at the Greyhound Hotel in Elsternwick, Melbourne. It's kind of a sports bar. He was playing guitar and singing, and at first, people weren't paying much attention. After the first harmonica solo, even the local mouth-breathers had stopped playing pool to sit up and listen.

  • lol, "local mouth-breathers". Whoops, can't believe I just used lol. He is amazing though.

  • This guy kicks it. Have you heard Wilson and Diesel, spectacular. Smooth smooth smooth...

  • Cookin clip captures these dudes at their awesome best, well done!

  • Hey, Rooster. Sounds like you know a bit about Melbourne blues. How far back do you go? Do you remember the brilliant Snakehipps (Taylor), and Southern Lightning from 20 years ago? Man, they were some blistering blues right there. Great gigs at the old Sydenham Hotel in Elizabeth St, Richmond.

  • Not that old!!!!

I moved from the country in 1989. Know the guys from southern Lightning but my main area was the 90's, early 2000. Have kids now and also not as many gigs or bands around now.

    Cheers

  • Nice version of 'Walking the Dog'....the camera on stage right is the best....:)
