Olay has parabens in it, it can cause skin cancer.. and some of alys products do have perfums in it :/

Honestly I think these moisturisers are a waste of money, the best thing for your skin is just to wear sunscreen and drink water, these brands just load your skin with chemicals most of them use mineral oil and parabens.

i always use soap in the morning to wash my face and ONLY soap

but my friends said not to use soap and instead to wash my face i should use like a cleanser or moziturizer..

im confused

so im not supposed to use soap to wash my face?

You should'nt use soap because Its drys out your skin well that happened to me you should go to the pharmacy they have a lot to recomend!

if the soap is very mild and unscented you can use it every day, just monsturize afterwards, my favorite soaps are from Clinique and Lush

I didn't think darker complected people really needed sunscreen, and didn't know they could get skin cancer. Maybe that sounds dumb, but I thought the darker you were, the more melonin you had which protects you from the sun.

this is true. u're right but we "darker" complected ppl dont need AS MUCH protection (I'm Black, just fyi) but it's always good for EVERYONE to still protect themselves & yes ppl of color [whether they be Black, Latino, Indian... do have more melanin] :)

this is what i read from a health magazine years ago in the hospital; it said that people with darker skin have more pigments (or something i forgot) than white people. and therefore darker skin people are less likely to get skin cancer. Well it said "less likely" but it could happen.
