Obviously there are going to be multiple songs in the world with the same name (e.g. - check out how many [mostly metal] bands have songs called "epitaph"), and composers can be unaware of there being other songs out there with the same name (i.e. - maybe two composers used the same song title but they're both tiny on an international level and were unaware of each other), but you CANNOT not know the Sepultura song "Refuse Resist", and the title is quite unique, so IMO they copied the title.
