I believe Slayer0 and many other videos have this tune under the name of "Memory of the School", don't know why people use that name though, I've always seen it as "Memories of the Garden", probably one of my favourite songs in P3.

Actually I already uploaded the song onto Mediafire when I uploaded this (Rapidshare is too shitty for me).

I already have this in mp3 format but if you want to convert other songs try using AoA Audio Extractor or Audacity (they're both free and easy to use).

I think AoA let's you set the bitrate of a file. I ripped the song off the actual game disk using a program called PSound (also free). It's just a program that let's you browse through every (I mean EVERY) audio file in the Playstation 1/2 game. You find wierd stuff sometimes, probably stuff that was left out of the full version. Hope that helped.
