You know, it's almost completely off topic. But the tune reminds me of Sonic 3's "Hydro City zone" theme. I remember both this game and Sonic 3 fondly, infact nearly every SEGA related product just has an attitude that I always preferred more than Nintendo's offerings.

I've come to appreciate Nintendo since my childhood, in a way siding with SEGA made me enjoy my Megadrive and Gamegear that much more.
