I'm so happy they didn't redo Dong-Gun's whole face like he wanted...Instead of doing that, all he did was try to remove his scar and it ended up taking his whole right eyebrow off lol xD

But I still don't get why Dong-Gun would want plastic surgery done on his face...He's really not that bad looking. I think he looks just fine. Of course there are other guys who are better looking than him, but that doesn't mean he is bad looking... ._.

@claustrophobic1234 SKorea is almost obsessed with looks. Especially after the fact he said he was hot... and he has such a complex with it. I get what you mean, I think he's very cute, but I think this is also a cultural difference mixed with an over-blown comedic plot-line :P SKoreans love their over the top comedy.
