Aaakh! Slave-driver....sad that the chapaa willn,t reach the young ones..but consider it as part of compensation for what England, has helped kenya become....keep those "donations" coming
Even though this may be true, that some of the money is missing, the timing is suspect. I assure you, more African countries will receive threats before the Copenhagen conference is over. Watch this space.
The fact that none of the three administrations in Kenya that has shown aggression towards corruption, then it is not ending soon. Britain and other development partners ought to know this. Stop trusting these wolves when they ask for any donor aid yet they have NEVER seriously prosecuted any corrupt case. You may feel for the common folks unfortunately it is these wolves and foxes that have to receive any monies.
some evil Kenyan is living it up at the expense of poor kids. but will Kibaki act? NEVER. will there be any prosecutions? NEVER, DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH.
I strongly suspect that my own relative Prof Sam Ongeri is likely to be responsible for the theft of these funds. I am very sad about this. That is why he has not stood up to question the loss or try to address it
Why is DFID acting like a stranger here? like they just saw an unusual happening? They should have been more diligent disbursing funds to the wolves! Nothing changes here the fat cats rules!
Tell us about the British Army equipment in Narok, Mr. Tough guy!
c'mon siasa, that's like you having to explain about some remote incident that happened somewhere nyuma ya shamba ya akina nanii kabla ufikie ninii ! lol He's not responsible for everything british cause I would ask him about the booty shorts and sweater legacy I had to endure in primary school.
siasa, before questioning the arms, just ponder if donor are funding free education, what does our government do? they are not building anymore schools, teachers are not being trained yet Uhuru can in a brink of an eye find billions to buy passats for ministers. priorities all wrong here.
