Off the top of my head, I can only think of the Book of Esther that doesn't involve Israel at all. It was also the first book that called us Jews, and not Hebrews or Israelites. Fun fact for you.

The Amidah for example is dated from the second Temple era, Most of the Siddur (except for a few modern insertions) was written from around the second temple era to the end of the Talmudic era! (I have an Orthodox background and an extensive in Jewish History). You using Esther is a poor excuse as well as the whole just being kicked out of Israel as it just proves my point even further about our eternal tie to the land!
