How come you seem to explode/accelerate so much while reaching the overhead position of the barbel front raise? Seems odd like that's when the tension drops off the muscle anyway. Do you lean forward onto an incline bench while doing these sometimes? Tension

For example, whey protein is derived from cheese...don't really want to waste time, but the key ingredients in most supplements can be found in our body...Don't be fooled of this "natural" phenomenon, Plants are "unnaturally" stimulated to grow more efficiently (fertilizers)...cows are "unnaturally" fed corn in order produce fatter cows...Unless you're a raw vegan, you will not be 100% "natural"
The main difference between someone who is natural built and those who take steroids is that.. natural built muscles look far more flexible and of course dry, those pumped by steroids are more rigid (exploding) and also kinda look unconfortable for people to watch.. true or not, however the differences are obvious and it's easy to recognize..
