i feel like trolls and uncooperative players can be dealt with by just playing with friends. if you and a few guys play a game where a troll just bothers everyone, then just friend up and eventually you will have enough people that can just team up with instead of playing with random people.

It seems like all the commentors are forgetting that this mode is mostly ment for teams/clans so the mechs will be working with a commander whom they know and probably select for the task (or force to as will likely be the case).

I like this Operater thing. Im a great strategist (in my opinion) & Ive always wanted to command an AC team. In the other games I was a air combat specialist. Air combat doesnt seem to play a key point in this game though.

@greenmoonex yes, all the Armored Core NEXTs(the Armored core units used in armored core 4, 4answer, and this game) are capable of exceeding 9,999, and almost always start with more AP than that. It's usually in the 20-40 thousand range. they've also added other features such as Primal Armor, quickboosting, auto boosting to keep you from submerging(unless your AP runs out), and stabilizers. There's been many other updates as well.

The only downside is it's 2FAST2FURIOS gameplay, and it doesn't really feel like Armored Core. Not saying AC games are always slow, but they're not quiet like that.

i hope there isnt frames per sec. issues like i had with 4(it was only certain stages). I dont think im getting a console game untill a new console comes out. At this point they can only fill a disc with so much, so it's like taking stuff off the disc to put new stuff on it...unless it's a blueray game or multiple discs.

The leader/operator did a poor job of handling the team. A) He didn't already know his team load-outs, he didn't even use the team camera to see for himself instead of asking in order to save time. B) He allowed the concept using the already weakened player as a pawn to draw fire, which is truly disrespectful, as it costs the downed player repairs, as well as ultimately reducing team morale in the long term. There's more, but I don't have enough room. :/

Yes I see your point ... and this points to the unknowns about AC5. Chromehounds is my reference point. In Chromehounds you fight in the the war as a squad. When you log on to the game you go to the squad bay and fight with squad members not random players. If this is like most games were people do not even have a mike....it will not be good. But if it a game that is really liked by the players they can come from ad-hoc groups of friends that get together and play.
