Razor Ramon never competed in the Royal Rumble because he was always defending his Intercontinental Title against IRS, Jeff Jarrett, and Golddust. At the 93' rumble he wrestle Bret Hart for the WWF Title, and neither Bret nor Razor were in that rumble. When they finaly did put Razor in a rumble match, it was Jim Ross's fake Razor Ramon(Rick Bogner) at the 97' rumble.
