@FullSwagSyceGame507 . There's new infrastructures and projects that were not there back in 1996 when I lived there. My family is still there. I speak to them on the phone, and they tell me I won't recognize anything anymore when I come to visit. My brother and sister in Port-harcourt say the same thing. I would love to see this year's carnival, since I couldn't see last year's. Thanks for the clarification
