  • fucking narrow minded bigots, just leave these poor people alone.

  • @Ironzealot7531 How many people break out of these compounds and literally beg for us to save their families? Any idea, asshole?

  • @Starry2000 4, 5? Who gives a shit

it's not your place to solve the problems of the world you subhuman piece of diseased shit. I've given you cancer with my mind. I hope you are skinned alive and raped to death you ape-like faggot. You deserve to suffer as no other human being has ever suffered.

I hope you experience the most pain that it is possible for a human to experience. You deserve no mercy. Fuck you and die in a fire you faggot ass cunt whore

  • what they need to do is interview somone who has ESCAPED polygamist... they are out there... than ask them what they thought and why they escaped. that way their ' husbands' cant tell them not to say a word

  • This propaganda is obvious--the boy on the cover is saying that he wants to stay with his mother. He doesn't want to go with CPS.

  • Under this pretext , half the babies in West Virginia born

with UN known fathers to 13, 14, 15, 16 year olds could be

taken from the moms... INDICT the CPS workers. For violating Freedom of Religion.

  • It's not freedom of religion to marry minors to 50 year old men.

  • If an 18 year old wants to marry some old pervert, god bless them both; but to take a 14, 15 year old and 'marry' her to some old polygamist, is child rape. As for Abraham and Sarah--that's mythology.

  • you also cannot argue religion in such cases because when arguing law and the constitution, religion is irrelevant

  • it may be irrelevant but these children are being raped and abused. thats wrong not matter what the reason

  • yes sweetie ifshe WANTS to marry him god bless but these girls were told to. im glad you agree about under 18's but just bc they are over 18 it does not make being told to marry someone ok. no matter what age.

  • in that sect, believe me there is no freedom. Freedom is to know that truth and being able to choose, they have been deceived, they can't tell right from wrong. Well done to the child protection system in the USA. Read the books, they will give you a clear picture.

    Simone

  • As a resident of West Virginia, I take exception to your implication.

  • I take exception to promoting Gay / Lesbian perverted life styles, but hey... thats the way it is until GOD levels USA like he did Sodom and Ghomorrah. History will soon repeat. West Virginia. Beautiful state, but it ranks high per capita

of birthing moms 12-17 years of age, unmarried and so... my comment. And by the way, new CDC figures out show

that Nationwide, more than 30% of born alive kids genetically are NOT from the man the MOM is married too.

    Higher in W. Virginia. sorry.

  • This video is about polygamy and pediphilia. The FLDS is as against homosexuality as you are.

  • @williamwagener "more than 30% of born alive kids genetically are NOT from the man the MOM is married too"

WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU THINK THAT MEANS? WHAT, PRECISELY IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH THAT?

  • Why does a CPS worker need impunity? Making an error on a child's life deserves punishment by imprisonment not state profit and gain.

  • They are saying in this video that even if they prove that the Mother referred to in this video is of adult age, they are stating that they will still keep her baby. Wake up America, CPS brings state bonuses and rewards into the state for profit and gain. All children in America are at risk for frivilous

reasons while CPS maintains their big impunity protection to use the laws with the loop holes to legalize kidnapping by state officials.

  • They don't know which kids belong to which parents because not all the men and women claiming to have children have submitted to a DNA test

  • Have you ever heard of Texas CPS raiding a drug infested apartment complex?

  • Incest? Illegal.

    Polygamy? Illegal.

Marriage, underage sex and impregnation with a minor? Illegal and potentially rape.

    ---

    Those are laws broken.

The state is within its power to raid this compound as a result of these allegations. And also within its right, in good sense, to protect children who may be subjected to said treatment and ideals from people who think they are above the law. If you live in this country, you will obey its laws or face the consequences.

  • I did some charity work at a low income apartment complex (15miles away). I see the children of incest, families with multiple parents, underage commonlaw marriage since the girl had no where to go. Of course, also drug and other substance abuse issues.

I don't even pretend to file reports anymore with CPS. CPS is overburdened.

Now... I see CPS raiding a religious compound, taking children to an over burdened foster care system, and still not filed charges? priorities?

  • Half the youngsters taken from the ranch were 5 or younger. Only a few dozen are teenage girls.

The youngsters are in foster homes all over the sprawling state, with some brothers or sisters separated by as much as 600 miles.

So, I am to believe that the CPS is concerned about the children when they can't even keep sibling together?

Tell that to the 200 plus young children that can not see their mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters.

  • This is about allegations of underage sex and impregnation, abuse and general unlawfulness in a religious sect that thinks it is above our laws. These children were taken.

  • The local newspaper article that I quoted, also mentioned that no one has actually been charged yet with any crimes.

I am against forced underage marriages, etc, but, at the same I should not use a sterotype to collectively punish against a religion where a very few are the problem.

  • This is suspected to be widespread.

And once the investigation is over, if they are found to be innocent, then everyone will be back to normal. You cannot ask the state not to do commit an investigation in a place where its people believe they can ignore the law.

  • Since, this is the first instance of wholesale child removal by Texas CPS, it is difficult for folks familar with CPS and Texas to say that this is anything but religous persecution. (especially, considering that Age of Consent is 12year just over the border, and most rural areas still play by the blue law).

The identity/ages/family blood lines are solved, so, go charge the molesters.

  • just another adult getting abused at the hands of the texas cps....

nothing new here folks ,,, move along.

I wonder who is abusing more of these polygamist kids,,, texas cps or the old men (suppossedly) raping them?

  • It's damn sick to see this kind of thing happening in the United States. I don't care who you are, if you live in the U.S. you should abide by the rules of the country and your state.

  • CPS save my life. All you people here about are the bad things CPS does. Don't bash the CPS when you have no idea what they do to help children. I'm glad they took the children. Yeah the lady says shes 22 but does she have any validated proof? Their husbands are manipulating them to cover their own asses. If they were truly innocent don't you think that would be cooperating with the DNA testing?

  • Now it comes out that most of the women were not "girls" but adults. Also it comes out that no charges have been filed (so much for a right to a speedy trial). It also comes out that the "informer" doesn't exist and, most likely, was an activist who has a history of making false report phone calls to 911. It comes out that even if the mother is an adult here child will still be seized by CPS w/out charges against the mother. Fascist CPS? Yep! Note the change in CPS spokesperson also!!

  • There watching our reaction.. they are stealing are kids!

  • so terrible

  • A crying shame for mothers who don't protect their children from pyschological and sexual abuse? A fake religion which pretends to serve God. This religion believes they are gods and superior to others. That is a crying shame.

  • So should we not allow religious people to have children?

  • ARE YOU REALLY THAT STUPID

  • I'm not so stupid that I can't discuss things with people. Let's try to talk about it.

  • What does a person's religion have to do with sexual, physical, and psychological abuse except when they use it for criminal activity. These people hide behind their religion, which does not worship God, as a vehicle for their own ends. Are you that spaced you don't understand?

  • Where's the criminal activity among these parents? They found no abuse. Over half of the girls "between the ages of 14-17" are actually 18 and up. The State isn't believing their State issued licenses and birth certificates! Where are the 14 yr olds married to 42 year olds? It's not about abuse, because there isn't any. Now the judge is saying that the children were not being raised to be "good citizens" for the State. They could say that about anyone!

  • ok then,if that's the case..what controls society? religion or the state.. you sound like you belong to the FLDS..being a polygamist is illegal..raising your kids to follow is sick and wrong..

  • I'm not supportive of polygamy or the State. Check out my channel if you are interested in who I am.

Is "Society" a substance to be controlled?

The State says homosexuality is OK, promiscuous 13 yr olds getting birth control and abortions without parental consent is OK, brainwashing kids in Government School is OK...

  • So which is it religion above law or law above religion. This has nothing to do with a homosexual.. This is about grown men sexually abusing young chidren and the mother doing nothing to stop it. I dont think 13 year old should be sexually active period. It is really sad that you think this away. I do think society needs to be controlled. God bless Texas for doing the right thing.

  • The rule of law, which these people were counting on to protect their God given rights as human beings, has been entirely disregarded. They were accused and counted as guilty without evidence or trials.

Where are the sexually abused teens? They haven't found any, OK?

IF someone in your apartment complex abuses their daughter, does that give CPS the right to seize all the children in all the apartments? Their ranch is not one big family, but several households, like an apartment community.

  • all of these people live the same life style which is nasty...tried of talking with you you are sad and depressing

  • I hope you find the truth. Thank for trying to open your mind about it.

  • First, they themselves have violated the rights of the children. Then, they were not corporating with the authorities etc. It is a waste of time writing to you anyhow. You just don't get it. These children are deprived. I bet if it was a Muslim sect in the middle of Death Valley, no one, even your hypocritical self, would even think of supporting them. These Mormons think they are above the law.

  • I am not supporting them or their lifestyle.I am opposing the unlawful actions of the State.

  • foxngrass is exactly right..

  • It isn't up to state agencies to have opinions on which religions are "fake" or "pretend" and which aren't. (Well, except for the IRS, but since they never registered as a Church for tax purposes that's not an issue.)

//This religion believes they are gods and superior to others. //

That's also nothing that should matter to state agencies.

  • Actually, they don't pay taxes but suck the life out of welfare and food stamp programs.

  • Where the heck did you hear that? Yes, they pay taxes. And no-one in the Texas community was on welfare.

  • I should also note the the people who are on welfare elsewhere are fully eligible - they've been investigated for fraud but no-one has been able to come up with any actual cases.

  • I have heard that from a number of individuals who, for the sake of their privacy and safety, will not be named here. They were closely associated with the FLDS group. It is part of their doctrine to "bleed the beast" by taking all they can get from government programs while paying little or no taxes. Now, welfare fraud isn't exclusive to FLDS; it happens everywhere with people of all religious, social, etc. organizations. I didn't mean to single out FLDS.

  • To be honest, I'm somewhat wary of your anonymous sources. Maybe you're right, but I've never seen any concrete examples of welfare fraud by FLDS members. If you have any documented cases you can point to, I'd be interested in seeing them.

  • Obviously, I can't disclose their names. That was part of the agreement. They spoke to me because I am doing graduate research on polygamy from all perspectives - not just FLDS - and not just polygany but also polyandry. Three different women disclosed they were sent to collect checks and foodstamps; they were told to say they didn't know who the father of their children was or that he was deceased. This was done so the state couldn't sue the birth father to collect some of the payout.

  • I have interviewed other individuals, but the three women had photo albums, food stamp card, state paperwork, etc. They didn't have much else. Why did they leave? They didn't want their young teen daughters handed off to old men. Now, if you are familiar with Anne B. Wilde, she has practiced and promotes a very different kind of polygamy; she even considers herself a feminist. I have no problem with an adult making their own choices. My daughter is 15, so I have strong feelings about this.

  • this is a crying shame
