Cannabis doesnt really make you more aware, its more like everything is more vibrant and its like your brain notices things differently or maybe thats just what I feel whenever I use it. But you can definately drive while stoned, I WOULDN'T recommend it though. I've been in friends cars numerous times while everyone was stoned. I don't know if it has something to do with being a good driver, or the fact that whenever people drive while stoned they always travel 20km under the speed limit.

Well, on of main harm reduction guidlines is not to drive while intoxicated, doesnt matter if alcohol, cannabis or whatever. Doesnt matter if it makes you more aware or not, truth is it alters your perception thus also your driving capabilities. Same thing goes also not drug induced states.

Cannabis is fine for driving on as it makes you more aware. Some impartial studies have shown that cannabis drivers are safer drivers - sorry if this upsets anybody but it's true. Don't do acid and drive, it's next to impossible.

Sure, you can try to be cautious, but that one time someone else runs a red light or walks out in front of your car, are you going to be able to stop in time? Just ask people that use it. hmm how to explain.. vast majority of people that drink alchohol will say driving is not safe while drunk. Vast majority of people that smoke weed drive high and see no problem with it because they know wether they are impaired or not. Driving stoned is safe and i know people that do it everyday and are fine.
