my arican grey has a deep cut on his longest toe and he lost a lot of blood atm we have put a plaster on it and he seems to be alright but he goes easy on it eny tips to help him???

my budgie broke its beek a about 8 months ago the bottom beak broke down to a really thin line. my dads friend knows alot about birds and he said itd be fine(also when it broke its beak it didnt bleed and it didnt seem to bother him) but even though he can eat he has trouble and has to work harder at times then he should have to. and he cant sharpen his beak right so the top one is alittle over grown so i thing getting a fake beak would help.

can vets put a fake beak on my bird to help him?
