  • yeah there are a lot of different names for the same product but in essence, you should, if you're like me and you're feet are going to sweat a lot and get blisters easy, tape up parts of your feet which you know are prone to getting blisters with simple athletes tape and use some form of a product that is like a thin gel like tape you should be able to find at a sports store and it'll keep things smooth and friction down thus, no blisters. it's about prep, know where they'll come and stop em

  • Great job on losing your weight!

  • You would think after so many years of dance I would have better advice than bandage and suck it up. Sexy nurse huh? Me too!

  • MOLESKIN! You can find in your drug store in the "foot health" section usually. It comes with adhesive. If you have a blister, Cut it out in a donut shape and stick. If you don't have them yet, stick on areas that get the most friction. My friend use to be a ballet dancer and swears by it!

  • To prevent blisters it's all about keeping your feet dry and wearing the right shoes while walking/running. You can keep your feet dry by using wool or synthetic socks instead of cotton - they draw the sweat away from your skin so your feet stay dry. To heal blister's faster, depending on the size....pop it if it's a large one filled with liquid with a steralized needle. Pop it near the edge so you have a protective layer of skin to help it heal faster. if it's a small one, leave it alone.

  • xboxrules12 is right, either get those plaster things or burst them with a sterile needle.

  • AWERSOME! i just made a cool spelling error but you are thinsparation.

  • omg win!

  • Great advice...weight is just... a number.

I use Neosporin for blisters, you could pop them but make sure they're sterile needles.

But the fishnets...dude...carry on if you want but...dude...that's wrong, don't put that on YouTube, their might be kids watching hehehehehehe jokes.

  • Depends what your doing, wear thick socks, 2 pairs or socks or put stuffing in your shoes to stop rubbing. Never let your shoes get wet or if you sweat into them let them air out as water won't help.

  • yeah just put band aids over the blisters, then put on socks, and then a pair of shoes that fit well and they will go away

  • Use work socks, and a good pair of fitting shoes, cause its when ur feet move around when ur running that causes them to blister, its pretty much like getting burned, from the friction, so elminate movement, eliminates blisters, hope the advise helps. Keep it up Seth !!

  • I always put band aids on my feet where I would normally get blisters and it usually helps....

  • that's so good! Good job! :)

  • IS ZACH BRAFF DEAD!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you Seth. Thank you. For all the super awesome related videos that popped up with this.

  • ahaha yeah

  • good job seth! :)

  • hey, can u give me advice for telling my girlfriend in texas that she isnt fat, just pudgy?

  • LOL, I'll be in my bunk!! Great that you have lost weight and the blisters are from your shoe rubbing too much.

  • i find .. using CopperSole Socks . work wonders .. i used to get blisters like crazy before .. (iam a mason / bricklayering apprentice) Lots of fckin walking .. and wearing steal toe boots but yeah .. Copper Sole socks .. work .. well for me .. anyways .. yeah

  • good idea man! dont let a scale tell you how you feel

  • It's great to hear good news from you. Try soaking your feet in warm water with some salt in it. and wear shoes that fit better

  • :D ....... i'm gunna get back to doing what i was doin, and fantasize about my wifes halloween costume... sexy nurse... and thigh high fishnets... pink ones... i'ma... be in my bunk...

  • your from arkansas? holycrap! i just moved from there. i lived in jonesboro. lookin good seth!

  • Your looking alot more healthier =] still tryna quit smoking here

  • Well done Seth! Fuck what anyone else thinks! Right on! And you rock for actually fantasizing about your wife and not some other girl! Peace dude! x

  • yay for not being fat!

  • For areas already raw or very prone to blister, cover with a gel bandage containing Compeed or with moleskin. Stop whenever you feel a hot spot developing and cover the area with moleskin, sport tape, or a Compeed Band-Aid.

  • You're looking great Seth! Bad fitting shoes generally cause blisters. They are either a little too tight or a bit too loose and that causes the rubbing when you walk. Find shoes with a wide toe box and a good fit in the heel. use the cornstarch shake-and-bake method - put some cornstarch in a plastic bag and coat your dry foot with it before putting on your sock. The cornstarch both reduces friction and draws away moisture. Repeat each hour or two of walking.

  • I love you man! your hope! in a bottle!

for blissters. try always clean socks, dr. schools and baby powder. it helps

  • hugs dude that must of felt great

  • Looking good Seth!

  • Seth, your the fucking man. Grats on the weight lose. Keep it up. Good luck, buddy.

  • i cant really help on the topic of the blisters. i dont get them anymore. i run barefoot twice to three times a week in tae kwon do for five years. Arkansas eh? wish it would cool off here in south louisiana. lol.

  • ace bandages, wrap your feet if your gonna be walking alot, not very tight but a bit tight, it'll give your ankles more support too if you wrap them as well *this is over your socks, not under*

  • I can loose or gain, like, 4lbs throught the course of the day...

  • your real weight is in the morning before you have ingested anything, but have rid your body of its wastes (taking a shit =). ) and thats how much you actually weigh lol.

  • Hell yeah Seth. Its all about how you feel about yourself man. Glad things are going well.

  • In the military, after and during forced marches, the medics used MOLESKIN to treat blisters.

  • good job man!

  • go seth!! awesome, though >.> i need gain weigh v.v

  • yay!! ur doing great seth!!

  • 4 blisters wear veet prty feet there 4 gurls lolz

  • GO SETH!!!!!

  • im trying to gain weight

  • maybe get shoes that are a size too big

  • y u aint warin your beanie? It's your trademark dude!

    >>>about the blisters: wear thick socks maybe...

  • y u aint warin your beanie...good use of the english language

  • Go SETH! I just lost 57 pounds in 5 months from running and eating right! I am now at 150! Keep it up! Its hard work!

  • Go seth!!!!!!! I just lost 57 pounds from running and eating right! Its HARD WORK! KEEP IT UP!

  • Like someone else said, break out the thick socks. Also make sure they don't have a wrinkle in them that you walk on because that causes blisters insanely quickly. Keep your feet dry, sensible shoes, and you should be fine.

    Hope that helps, good luck!

  • blister plasters. Put them where they are and places where you think you wll get them. I did a 9 day hike in the Atlas mountains in Morroco and putting one on the back of each foot stopped me getting any and i get blisters commonly

  • After every walk soak your feet in Epsom salt this will help heal blisters and helps from getting them now it wont work over night it may take like 5-6 days cause i use to do this for football and and it helped allot

  • Good walking shoes help a TON.

  • haha tonne

  • I think ducktape may do it.

  • Haha, Seth, for the love of God, look @ Related Videos right now.. That's just wrong. ;)

  • I walk around quie a bit but i never got blisters...my brothers says it may be due to the facted i have thick socks cos there comfy...hope that helps.

  • lil bit of petrolium jelly on the blister helps reduce friction from walking and eases the irritation a lil. if they hurt that much you could always get a donut shape out of moleskin (get it at most drug stores) to put around the blister.

i dont really think the healing can be sped up with them tbh =/

well done on the jacket tho =D

  • there are special band aids to help heal blisters

I use the they seem to be pretty good :]

I do that too I never look at the scale D:

    I hate scales >:O

    GOOD JOB SETH

    great video! :D

  • seeing you succeed motivates me keep doin what you're doin

  • I'd rather wear something thats too big than too tight, like a shirt, a pair of pants and a jacket, its more confortable, than tight clothes, but thats just me, I'm a guy, so I speak for all men that big clothes are good

  • It's disturbing how every "Related Video" Is like, Porno. O______o

    Anyways. Yay Seth! :D

  • ad a boy!

  • Thicker or doubling up on socks, or those Doctor Shol's gel things.

The Dr. Shol's should be good if you have the blisters on your heels or the sole of your feet, but if they are where your Achilles tendon is or on the sides of your ankles, thicker socks should do.

  • shoe gel pads

  • Dermatologists can burn them with liquid nitrogen, as to prevent them that I am not sure, keep up the progress!

  • wearing thicker or padded socks helps to prevent blisters

  • Good job seth!!!

  • wow i came to arkansaw like a couple weeks ago we played you in football sweet

  • Great video Seth! It's good to see that your losing that much weight and are able to fit into once unwearable clothes. What is your actual workout regimen that you're doing to lose all this weight, and what have you done about your diet? It would be awesome to see a video of all of this info, as I myself just finished my last pack of cigs and am trying to lose some weight now and I guess I need a little inspiration. Also about the blisters, read up on using Moleskin for treating blisters.

  • pop the blister cut the excess skin off and rub some neosporn on it so it wont get infected and the skin on ur feet gets tuffer or double sock we use both metheds but wonce ur feet start 2 calest wait till the get fairly big cut it off so tht ur feet feel better (it doesnt hurt if you get just callest skin) and it keeps ur feet from drying out.. and its a great time passer if ur bored lol

  • about ur feet having blisters. you can maybe double the sox. but this seems like from what you've said that its like ur first time exercising in a while so ur feet need to almost harden up...give it time i guess...or try double sox. but congrats on the weight loss man.

  • i pop them and slap a little of the spray on bandage, heals in a day for me

  • doin construction i learned to double my sox because my work boots were to lose in a couple spots, less wiggle room fixed the problem, and gave me some pading for the few days i had the blisters lol. goodluck

  • As for the blisters... unfortunately my method is probably not that great... I just keep walking on them until they break, then use nail clippers (the ones that curve out) to clip away the dead skin, and spray it with Solarcaine. That hurt's like a motherf**ker but in due time it heals and it's fine. You could put a bandaid on it and then put moleskin over it. Moleskin is fantastic for such things, any pharmacy should have it. Just get it really thin.

  • You hit it right on the head, that's exactly the right attitude. Actual weight can vary way too wildly to be a very good way to judge. People who weigh themselves daily or even weekly are doing it wrong. Monthly perhaps, just for curiosity sake. Great job!

  • lol, yes, your life style change is definitely showing, Seth, so Hella Props. and its good to c u and ur lady are working things out. Its cute the way you talk about her, she must be really proud of you.

    Keep up the Good Work

    Peace Love and Light

    Q

  • Dude I go to LittleRock a few times a year we should hook up. NO homo!

  • Good job losing weight :)

I agree about weighing yourself. I always way myself before i work out and then after and i always weigh more after working out and then i get grumpy and everyone thinks i'm on my period and then i get even more grumpy and so on.

  • You're a genius Man! Grats on losing so much weight! I can totally see your life getting turned around. You deserve it so much man.

  • First I assume your getting blisters because you have started walking for you exercise.First you need to clean and badage them to keep the soreness down while continuing to walk on them. Then find out why you got them, are your shoe's slipping, coming up in the heel area? may need thicker socks or tie the laces tighter.Never pop the blisters,or pull the skin off, allow them to drain on their own and as much as possible leave socks and shoes off to let them get air and heal! take care,Lee

  • BTW - After that Nurse outfit you described your wife has, why are you asking us for medical advise?? COME ON MAN, you need to show up at her door, limping and half dead, and say nurse me, I need medical attention, and then every chance you get, crab that nurse and Kiss her Good! Take care man! and Go see that Nurse/wife and remember show the puppy dog eyes, and act hurt, BAD!

  • yay for losing weight! good for you seth!

  • good job on the weight what did u do to lose it?

  • Applause for you!!! yeah for losing weight!!!!!

  • I popped my blisters and put peroxide on them. After working at a dog kennel and being on my feet all day, coming home with out blisters is a miracle for me lol. Somtimes I would put aloe lotion or aloe gel on my feet if I have enough time to relax. It feels wet for awhile, but it helps, but then again, everyone is different. So it might work with you, it might not. Soaking your feet in hot water with salt might help too

  • medical tape before you go walking.

  • Arkansas FTW!

    Where I live, too

  • seth i love you bro !!!! pop them and put hydrigen peroxide on them

  • hey u have a jacket now! (:

dont walk on ur blisters are u crazy!

  • THats awesome Seth! Keep it up man!

  • Well, don't walk on the blisters, they will just get worse, and get infected, but going through blisters, your skin will eventually get tougher

  • when you lose about 30 pounds take a picture and put a before and after. i think that would be awesome

  • Congrats on losing weight there Seth, it's a great thing you're doing for yourself. Best of luck on getting skinnier and healthier.

  • turn them mofo's into calases or how ever u spell it, the ur good for ever

  • what I did was not look at a large mirror for 1 year and kept on working out. I learned in the past if i look at the mirror I get satisfied and you dont want that. keep up the good work. for the blister I would rub alcohol and find some comfortable soils or gel soils work best

  • Hey i think you should get a hold of Shay and see if you 2 can get a new channel for You and Others to help loose weight. Surely this will increase your subs to your channel and help you get bigger. ill send you a message on twitter aswell incase you dont read this

  • Hey Seth, keep at 'er!

As for blisters, we usually put on Glacial Ice soothing/cooling gel on patients (I'm an EMS professional). It's best you don't pop/tear the blisters as it can lead to infection if it's not properly taken care of. However, there is no problem in draining them. Just take a small pin and poke a hole near the edge of the blister and palpate the blister as to push the liquid out. Then apply the glacial ice gel and wrap it up with some sterile gauze and medical tape. Take care!

  • NICEEE JOBB

  • u need to make a rant about beta channels and how youtube isnt leting us ceep the old chnnels

  • wtf?!?! you have our old channel nick and bri

only new people cant have old channels

  • my side channles hev been permantly switched and they WERE the old verson and when i loged into them i said ur channel has beeen updated to the new version and we hope u like it - youtube team. and no i dont like it its oly a matter of time till everyone is switched

  • what you should do to prevent blisters(on your ankle only) is to wear socks that are higher than your shoes(not low cut socks). One way to make blisters go away faster is to get some blister ointment and dont pop them or you will regret it. One time i popped a blister on my thumb and now i have a scarr.

  • That "scar" will go away. It's essentially just very dried out skin. Use moisturizer daily and it will be gone in no time. I say that as an EMS professional AND as an avid drummer. I get more blisters on my hands than you can shake a stick at.

  • dude i seriously can tell you are losing wait by your videos you look a lot thinner in the face man.. keep it up

  • getting in shape has many advantages. Do push-ups, 30 per set, and you will strengthen your "core" & shoulders. do 2 sets per day. one set in am & one set pm. you will be noticably stronger in 2 weeks. As for blisters, epsom salt soaks 10-15 minutes will kill grems and helps skin heal. tj

  • wow, thats awesome with your jacket man

  • yeah i always say dont worry about your weight and focus on how you feel.... unless someone is really skinny and thinks theyre fat lol then id tell them to weigh themselves in and id tell them how light that is....

  • Still doing a great job dude! If you wanna get rid of the jacket, I'll take it was a autograph for ya! Lol! Keep up the good work!

  • Tape your feet will help prevent getting blisters although it isnt very practical. Taping the blisters will reduce the pain u get from them so try that until you get hard enough callus' so that you don't get blisters anymore

  • Good job! Keep it up man, you're awesome. ^_^

  • Awesome job Seth! Six weeks ago I started on a weight loss program, Bodybugg, personal trainer and at least 5 days a week at the gym. I'm down 20lbs, but the big change is the inches. 10 on hips, six on waist, inch on thighs, calves, biceps. That's where it counts, not the scale but the fit of clothes. For the blisters, I used to use blister pads by Dr. Schols (sp?), don't know if they even make 'em anymore. Keep it up, Seth, you rock!

  • I keep picturing a ripped Seth in these videos.

  • great job man

  • well looking at the past few comments on how to heal a blister those are the best ways ( or just ways) to help increase the rate of healing. more importantly it can sometimes depend on how fast your body had the ability to heal itself. also yeah id recommend wearing socks before ya put your feet in those shoose cuz thats one reason or your shoose are TOO SMALL. anyways hope it goes well and good luck!

  • yea since summer ive been on a diet and havnt weighed my self except for once when i had to go to the doctors for an unrelated matter that was at the end of august and i had lost 45 lbs so far i have gone down 6 pant sizes and from a 3xl to an xl good luck man and believe me at about moth 2 it becomes second nature to eat healthier and exercise daily

  • well, if you have new shoes you can try bending the back part of the shoe(as if putting them on inappropriately) back and forth, or popping them with a needle(don't rip the skin!) and keep walking on them for a day or two and if its the shoes stay out of them for about 3 days and you should be OK.

  • the way i try not to get blisters on my heel/back near my ankle is put a peice of ductape over the heal and a bit up my sock.. ps have the sock on first... lol gl

  • put ice on them then put sudor creme on them, let them heel then buy speacial walking socks and very comftorbal runners or shoes and you' ll be fine

  • do you play any online games?

  • cool!

  • Nice to hear that you feel well!

  • Nice!! Nerves are the best weight lose system..lol Mine are shot and I've lost 10 lbs so far.. sigh....

  • You can prevent blisters by wearing proper shoes (doesn't slid, not too tight) and good socks. When I get blisters I pop it with a needle and air it out for a while. If I have to wear shoes I put a bandage over it and just wait for it to heal.

  • slimwhiteseth

  • if you pop the blister they go away quicker. then get some of those super heavy duty fabric bandaids and slap it on there and it hurts way less.

  • Good job bro, one of the realest YouTubers going. Good luck with all your shit dude.

  • Congratulations Seth!

And sorry, I only know how to treat burn blisters.

  • wear a fat suit to make it fit

  • i think the best way to get rid of blisters is to take a pin or needle to them then either plaster or bandage your foot/heel if it hurts alot.

  • walk around bear foot more often, thats the best way o and wear soxs

  • Too loose of shoes and too tight of shoes are what normally cause blisters. I had the same problem a while ago. You can't really do anything while they are there, just tough it out, but make sure you are wearing the appropriate shoe size, even if you need them custom made. An example is when my size 12 shoes hurt the sides of my feet. I went to the store and looked around. I found had some size 12 wide shoes, which fit me almost perfectly. Hope this helped.

  • i literally cut mine off

  • That is so fucking awesome I'm proud of you man =D

  • not as tight shoes... if your shoes are tight

  • nice :) good job and good luck

  • ok seth you have to email me the things your eating cuz i think you found the miracle diet lol :D

  • Keep up the good work :D

  • well done man

    congrats on trimming down

    ;3

  • maybe its the flu fucking up my eyesite but you face is starting to look slimmer to me

  • congratulation seth:D

  • seth your such a badass

  • hey. congrats on the weight loss. about the blisters. thicker socks helps alot to prevent them from occurring and then you can always use the blister band aides to get rid of them.

keep up the good work man. i too am trying to loose some weight and even though we don't talk to each other its always good to have someone to try to keep it up with

  • that's why i post these. helps people to relate a bit.

  • dont you get all Gittie when you finish Exercising ?

  • yeah i do, it feels fuckin great

  • Haha YA i love to run I put the Treadmill at 6 and a Level difficulty of meaning how high it is to 6 or 7 depending and i run for as long as i can :D then work out ;D then after that i run again for 5 min to cool off

  • For blisters, I use baby powder, it works like a mo-fo. Back when I used to play basketball(which I was terrible at) I got blisters all the time. So I put baby power on them and in my sock and they would go away and if I put baby powder in my sock before a game or practice, my feet were usually fine. But that's just the way I got rid of them.

  • congrats on the weight loss!!!

blisters: try mole skin.. it helps prevent them.. and when you have them use it to help protect them from infection

  • mole skin eh...ill have to try it

  • it worked really well while i was in the military.. combat boots are known for giving really bad blisters ...

  • Congrats on trimming down yo! :)

  • good work on weight loss .. slowly by slowly :) lol buy cloths that dont fit you and eventually ull fit them haha

  • Bravo dude! I've been through the weight loss also. Whatever you feel comfortable with is important also. If I went according to the "books" I should weigh 185 lb. I'm 6' 1" and not a rail. But, 185 pounds, which I did hit, was the worst I ever felt. I'm at around 215 lb, and feel and look fine.

  • Congratulations, BigWhiteSeth!!!!! Soon to be ThinHealthyWhiteSeth.

  • glad to know you're suceeding at loosing some weight, seth.

  • omgad 5th post!
