  • @2tuff2tameMe Yes...I DO try to ignore the "freakin haters" on here that try to bring down Mr. Gray while promoting their own agenda (lame websites). You'd think THEY actually put on a uniform ... NOT!!

    DOUG GRAY STILL FRIGGIN' RULES!!!

  • @2tuff2tameMe You really should spam this, sounds like you two are the same person. Same words, same type. I'm sure you do not realize how ridiculous your comments are..and how extremely similiar. Slick!

  • Doug, a great American who I appreciate as a man, a veteran and of course a singer. I didn't know that he was a sargent in Nam. Some folks in America are afraid to stand up for Lady Liberty and I gotta tell you it's a dang shame-but let me say that any man that will not stand up will be taken down at some point. You get enough people and you've toppled her from the inside, doncha know! Thanks for singing, fightin' and a'talkin' bout it my friend!

  • @mygoshwhat 1968 according to his recent posting, but of course no pics please.

  • @mygoshwhat Awe... Don't worry he counts -- as good as some people can fib ;-)

  • @1139u2 What? he counts?

  • @mygoshwhat After all this time, it is obvious who turned up and has decided what is spam....and overnight. All the thumbs. Name calling as well.

  • @1139u2 Everything I've heard and read said that Doug enlisted and rose to the rank of Sergeant in the Army during the Vietnam war. Where he served and what he did, I'm not privy to that info. If he wasn't telling the truth, by now, someone would have said something. I have no reason to not believe him.

  • You are correct Doug, on the war in Iraq. President bush put the enemy on the run, and that is what helped us from getting slammed again.

  • Iraq was a dumb decision made a by a puppet president. Bush was a NWO tool just like Obama. Ron Paul in 2012! oh AND the Marshall Tucker band rules!

  • doug was in the miltary so was my dad.

  • Great AMERICAN Doug Gray

  • Don't back off Doug! Great Man!

  • I just love Doug Gray... I don't care what political preference he holds. He is awesome, not matter what!

  • Neo cons= MOST chicken hawks

DRAFT NEO CONS KIDS AND THEN THEY CHANGE THEIR MIND!

  • Broken promises favorite song off Toys album with Gregg Allman on backup vocals. great stuff

  • Does the interviewer want to talk music or politics?

  • Obviously, he wanted to talk about both. Although I was told there's no such thing, that's just a stupid question.

  • First of all, I want to say that I personally love this man like a Father, brother or an uncle HOWEVER I simply disagree with him. I feel the same way about uncle Ted. I love these guys still the same. I'll never change their minds so I might as well move on to a better future respecting the good things they did in the past.

  • I agree with your well thought out comment 100%. Thanks for saying it.

  • Ted Nugent, another neo con chicken hawk who didn't think enough of this country to SERVE IT!

These guys did. Most soldiers are left leaning poor honest idiots.

Read the book War is a racket buy decorated marine Smedley Butler. Written in 1935 it holds even more truth today.

  • Thank you Mr. Gray and to Toy as well for serving our country - I'm 52 years old and saw these guys several times in the mid-70's-aI live in San Fran and after you get through the far left loons you'll see there are many supporters of our country's foreign poicy. Always easy to Monday morning quarterback, Tommysay637...

  • You are so right..

  • @hansboofer Thank you for your kind remark about Toy's serverce in the USMC & I know George served in the USNAVY, Tommy was in the USMC, completeted bacic training and was discharged with a Medical Honorable Discharge. These are facts.

    A. Caldwell

  • IMO Doug Gray was the weakest member of the band. He had a voice but no other talant. The Caldwells were the heart and soul of this band. Mr. Gray's comment RE: Irag, show his ignorance.

  • Don't underestimate vocals dude, DG had the strongest voice of anyone I've ever seen and I've seen everybody in RNR, Blues, and Jazz as far back as Sinatra.

  • Thank You Mr Gray Srgt. Gray that is is for your serice to our country. God Bless you!

  • Agreed.

Let's not forget Toy Caldwell was a U.S. Marine who served in Vietnam as well.

True American Music made by true Americans.

Good stuff - thanks for posting.
