WOW! I have been dealing with this on my scalp, mainly above and behind my ears. Not to mention I get stress induced hives. So when I work out or sweat, hives break out on top of the psoriasis. Olive oil helps the hives and I also find it helps reduce the itchiness of psoriasis.

I had psoriasis for 20 years and I packed my fuckin bags and moved my ass to bali for 3 months... went to the beach everyday laid in the sun and forgot about my stupid little life in the city and got myself thinking right and now i am free of psoriasis forever and it was all because of the rapid climate and, city life, and avoidable everyday stress that your body isnt made for. take a month of your life to forget your stress.

Diet definitely works against psoriasis. When I watch what I eat and drink, my sympthoms really show progress. What helps too is to just go out on the sun for a hour or two every day (by the end of a month, it will be gone). Tried the herbal tea from Maria Trebens too, combined with the diet she subscribes it works really nice. All these and no shitty medication needed (there are no medications to cure this!). just want to share..I agree that having a good diet helps clear psoriasis. Most dermatologists i've encountered would say food, emotions, stress. etc. affects psoriasis so i have to make trial and error. With diet, as much as i can i stick to freshly cooked foods. as much as possible natural ingredients. Lesser processed foods. I stick to water, juice (fresh) and milk. I'm practicing on eating more Vegetables, fruits now. I've had psoriasis for 16 yrs, since i was 12. Now, it's controlled.

From my experience, you have to balance the Candida in your gut, by using a good probiotic. I'm happy to tell you what I've used and researched. If you don't have one, use a plain yogurt or fermented food until you get one that can actually arrive in the colon where you need it. Heavy metals shelter the darn Candida. This video is what attracted me to go purchase all the vegetables to start this diet. I've been on the diet since June 10, 2011. I haven't started seeing results as of yet but will keep you posted. I happy for you that you were able to drive away your psoriasis. One question, how come your psoriasis was red and inflamed but not scaly? Were you removing the scales before taking the photos or did you have a different kind of psoriasis that didn't form thick plaques?

Sudden remissions happen, but how do you know it is your diet and not something else that triggered normal functioning? A month ago I had an ear infection and in no-time my immune system responded, resulting in generalised guttate psoriasis.

Before we do that, we have to know ourselves, each individual has a different emune system? the way there skin reacts, Some do well from steriods, some don't, Somtimes Diets help the psoriasis go better, for some it doesn't do anything. Before yourself want to tame (control) this psoriasis You have to know what is best for you.

Has anyone here ever tried Silver Hydrosol? It's suppose to do wonders for the immune system and just overall health. I've heard it does great things for psoriasis too and so I've started taking it myself (2 tbsp a day for the last 3 days) and am waiting to see the results.

I've had psoriasis for like 9 years and I DID actually cure it. The thing that helped me most was the info on this site: PsoriasisFreeInDays , com. I highly recommend you check it out. I don't know whether or not it will work for you but it did for me. Anyway, I wish you good luck with curing your psoriasis.

I had psoriasis for 20 years and I packed my fuckin bags and moved my ass to bali for 3 months... went to the beach everyday laid in the sun and forgot about my stupid little life in the city and got myself thinking right and now i am free of psoriasis forever and it was all because of the rapid climate and, city life, and avoidable everyday stress that your body isnt made for. take a month of your life to forget your stress.

Diet definitely works against psoriasis. When I watch what I eat and drink, my sympthoms really show progress. What helps too is to just go out on the sun for a hour or two every day (by the end of a month, it will be gone). Tried the herbal tea from Maria Trebens too, combined with the diet she subscribes it works really nice. All these and no shitty medication needed (there are no medications to cure this!). Anyway, I'm really intrested in what kind of diet you did, will check that homepage.

just want to share..I agree that having a good diet helps clear psoriasis. Most dermatologists i've encountered would say food, emotions, stress. etc. affects psoriasis so i have to make trial and error. With diet, as much as i can i stick to freshly cooked foods. as much as possible natural ingredients. Lesser processed foods. I stick to water, juice (fresh) and milk. I'm practicing on eating more Vegetables, fruits now. I've had psoriasis for 16 yrs, since i was 12. Now, it's controlled.

From my experience, you have to balance the Candida in your gut, by using a good probiotic. I'm happy to tell you what I've used and researched. If you don't have one, use a plain yogurt or fermented food until you get one that can actually arrive in the colon where you need it. Heavy metals shelter the darn Candida. You need biotin in your natural vitamin to keep the stuff from going to the fungal form. A Dr. Clark parasite cleanse is the first thing you do, then colon cleanse and diet.

I have a very mild case, only a small reoccurring spot the size of a dime maybe. I use devonex or whatever its called. I did make it go away before when i force drank 16 glasses of water every morning while sitting on the shitter. It must have cleaned out my system, when i went back to just a few glasses it came back. I think the people who have it, including me, have built up toxins in the body, cuase when i flushed it went away, idk ???

Psoriasis is somthing that never goes away, yes you can treat it for and i will go away for a bit, but you will always have it. The best treatment i know is the UV light treatmen (phototherapy), It does show results.

The past 15 years I have tried everything the doctors threw at me but nothing they prescribed was sufficient enough to beat the psoriasis. So at one time I quitted all medication (mostly hormone based) to prevent any further damage to my skin. Since lately I have started taking some magnesium supplement (400mg each day, taurine based) and whatta ya know, after 5 weeks all patches on my body are reduced to about 50%, my nails are also almost fully recovered and all itches are gone :)) Regards
