  • I cant fight, I tried so hard to make myself strong and be confident during fight and before but the fukin FEAR finally overlaps me and I freeze up loosing the fight, I'm depressed over this issue.

  • Is that a young Obama?

  • I'd guess this is the original traditional Yang style as created by Yang Luchan after learning the Chen style from the Chen city and subsequently taken over by his son Yang Banhou. It contains all the basic moves that is in the traditional long form taught by Yang Cheng Fu - the form most of us know and practice as the traditional Yang long form.

  • Chao Li Chi. He was on the TV series Falcon Crest in the 1980's as the loyal and dignified butler of Angela Channing (Jane Wyman).

Also in the movie Joy Luck Club (early 90's).

His character on Falcon Crest was a stereotype of the wise, inscrutable Chinese gentleman (like Charlie Chan), but with more class than the servant character Hop Sing on Bonanza in the 60's.

  • I love that you posted this. I have a version I made you may like to take a look at. Thanks for having this. Regards, -ep

  • wow such a rare thing

  • and his technique is also great. thought i don't know which style of taiji this is, it doesn't matter because whole taijiquan is one

  • I always loved this piece.

  • kung fu

  • where can i learn those movements? is it tai chi or qi gong or something else? i am going to try and copy the video but it seems to complex

  • As far as i can make out he starts with a form of tai chi then he goes into the first form of Hung Keun (standing tall thrusting his arms about and sinking to low horse stances) then I think the he performs the Lau Gar Keun form as well but i'm probably wrong.

  • sweet!!!! really an excellent posting here. i got pulled in and mesmorized, a fast seven minutes of meditaton, thanks.
