  • Justice upon Anne Boleyn came in such poetic way

  • @TheA7xskating

And yet I notice you don't go after the actual religious fanatic.

    Nice sockpuppet, adamantis.

  • @bheadh I don't see anything wrong with homosexuals as bishops. What I DO have a problem with is the R.C.C aiding and abetting childrapists

  • Look at Henry's "church" today. Homosexuals as bishops? C'mon. Maybe Henry's scream is saying something to us today. Maybe it's still saying something to him.

  • @bheadh A large number of priests and bishops in the Catholic church are pederasts. Even if I believed homosexuality to be a bad thing, I would count child rape as worse. So what was your point again?

  • @RealSlimShadowen What people fail to realize is that no-one is going to be able to blame any one but themselves when they are before the Throne of Christ. They won't be able to blame the sinful priests and bishops (less than 1 percent of those serving) and these sinful priests and bishops have, too, no-one to blame but...themselves. They/we can sit there and condemn and judge each other in this life. In the next one, Someone else will be doing the judging.

  • @bheadh Aaaand now you're babbling.

    That didn't take long.

  • @RealSlimShadowen: It does not matter if Priests or Bishops sin or not - what is important is IF WE HAVE THE CORRECT FAITH.

Because those who do not confess the RIGHT FAITH - CAN NOT BE SAVED, no matter how holy they may be!

The Anglican Church is a like the Protestant Church - heretic.

  • @adamantis4657

This would be the policy of that god of "infinite" mercy you tout?

    Well, good luck with that.

  • @RealSlimShadowen: "Infinte mercy" - I tell u that we do not even know what mercy means. The mercy of God is different from what we call mercy.

Christ did not establish many different churches - ONLY ONE. Remember when He said:

There will be those who will cry: LORD LORD have we not preached in your name, have we not cast out demons? And He will say: Away ye cursed in the everlasting fire.

So we see that not everyone who think he serves the Lord will be saved.

  • @adamantis4657

Words mean things, y'know. If mercy doesn't mean mercy, then why do we use the word mercy for it?

  • @RealSlimShadowen: WOW - that was smart, really! Words mean things....where should I start. Only to use a word does not mean that u have understood the real meaning.

Especially in religious things! The mercy of God is not the "mercy" we know. WE do not even know what the absolut mercy is. How could we?

People do not even see that everything around them is MERCY. That they live, that they are healthy, that they exist ---that all is mercy. Every minute to live is mercy.....

  • @adamantis4657 What you are, in fact, saying...is that you have no conception of what god truly is, because language cannot describe it.

In other words, you have no idea what you're talking about.

  • @RealSlimShadowen: No it is exactly u - u don't know what u are talking about. U talk about the "mercy" of God. But u talk about YOUR OWN INTERPRETATION of mercy.

U think God is like u want Him to be - but that is not true.

  • @adamantis4657

    Likewise.

  • @RealSlimShadowen: People do not pray, they do not fast, they do not listen to God, they do not think of HIM in every minute....BUT GOD STILL KEEP THEM ALIVE - THAT IS MERCY.

People do not only NOT think of Him in every minute - NO THEY EVEN SIN with every minute - but GOD still keeps them alive -

THAT IS MERCY - for example.

U think u can believe and do what u want - and u will be saved because God is full of YOUR INTERPRETATION of mercy.

Would u know how horrible even one sin is..

  • Like so many productions (many of them excellent, including this one), the actual phrase stated by More was "I die the King's good servant AND (not but) God's first. More saw no contradiction between his duty to God and his duty to his temporal ruler - God was the ultimate author of both. Neither did Jesus when he submitted to both the will of God and the will of Pontius Pilate.
