  • The one at christmas that's such a pain to me, is to crashing the christmas tree

  • sweet life of z & c is hecka old/

    and they're lip-syncin' in there.

  • i love the intro sound haha what a wonderful sound

  • omg! i had to sing this in chior. we had three of the goofiest guys in the chior to dress up in wigs and robes. it was hilarious

  • its kinda funny how in a way they match the song so well XD

  • Fuck the Fucking Fuckers

  • what is the hissssssssssss after "every thing is a sourse of fun"?

  • @ProdigyStepper giggling.

  • @kkpw -- I thought the same thing ... Mikado = Britishized Japanese, Mulan = Americanized Chinese. Hey, all Asians are the same anyway, right? Let's just ignore a few thousand years of history and make 'em the way we want!

OK, enough ranting. Good match of music with action, I gave it a thumbs-up.

  • Did you know Mulan is completely wrong as depicted by disney. Same with Alladin.

In actuality Mulan's ruler was a Khan so basically the rulers of her China were nomads ruling china fighting nomads

  • Isn't this sung by the girls in Pirates of Penzance? (sp)

  • @littleanimetwerp3 no. It's from the Mikado. Definitely.

  • @lijluvr356 ....It actually is sung in the Pirates movie though. That's all I was saying. :]P

  • Mulan - Chinese Tale

Mikado - A British story with a Japanese background.

    == > Confusionst

  • Those three princesses are really exactly like me and my sister when we were younger. The oldest Ting Ting is the responsible and mature, the middle May is a bit of a rebel always wanting to break the rules and get freedom, and youngest one Sue, like me, often follows the middle sister, behaves childishly, always looking for fun, and likes to dance around in her underwear! XD

  • Aw nice crossover. Well done! ^.^

  • Amazing those who associate this from a Disney program. Gilbert and Sullivan wrote "The Mikado" which this song is from in 1885. Walt Disney didn't even exist bach then.

  • one word WEIRD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Shockingly, Alvin and the Chipmunks sang this too

  • it pisses me off when people don't realize that this is NOT from the Suite Life of Zach and Cody originally...geesh....It's from Mikado!

  • @Anastasia467able Not everyone is refined and has taste for amazing Operetta classics

  • @Anastasia467able Wait.... people actually think that??

  • @Anastasia467able Who are Zack and Cody?

  • I loved this.

The first time that I saw Mulan 2 I thought about this song.

And for all of you who are saying that it is from Zach and Cody, before The Suite Life was ever thought up, there was an operetta (mix between a play and an opera) by Gilbert & Sullivan called "The Makado".

You should look it up. It is really great to watch and very funny.

  • This song is so cool!

I didn´t knew that song (it was on "the suite life of Zack and Cody"? Which episode?

    @ creator of this amv:

I love how music and pictures fit.

    Very well done!

  • TSL Show is "Lost in Translation"

I like this song. Not only for it's japanese heritage , but because we have to sing it in Choir.

  • I don't think "Japanese heritage" comes into it.. it's from an operetta called "the Mikado" by Gilbert and Sullivan.. I recomend you look them up if you haven't so already.

  • @attackofdameepits which Japanese heritage? The fact that a Japanese woman taught the original performers how to do tea ceremony and walk correctly or the fact that a Victorian man wrote it based on what Victorian England THOUGHT Japan was like?

  • funny vid hehe :D

  • this remians me of the song from the suite life of zac and cody

  • My choir sings Three Little Maids regularly in our concerts. the outgoing seniors get the solo roles because they are leaving. nice parallel.

  • Has anyone noticed the characters that the Three main guy friends of mulan all are somewhat matched up with one of the three daughters that look most like them?

like the tall skinny ones are together, the chubbies together and the wild cute short ones together too?

  • o.o

  • I knew I'd heard this song before, there's an instrumental version that DigitalPh33r used in some of his "Arby n' the Chief" videos.

  • i remember this from the Suite Life of Zack and Cody

  • Very fun video there. ^^ Thumbs up-

  • Nice bit of editing here.

  • NOT available anymore.

  • no it is not,

zack and cody played the song in their show,

this song is from an entire operetta

  • uh wrong country, but totally cool video lol

  • 'won't have to wait very long they say' hahaha!! that was perfectly timed!!

  • that was superb.

  • I can't believe it this video actually makes me want to watch Mulan II lol, but I won't

  • The princesses sing

  • The film was well !!!! my favourite !!!!

  • mola

  • Please give Valerie Masterson and Pauline Wales their proper credit by putting them in the description. Thanks!

  • why did i get thumbs down for this? Pauline Wales (peep-bo in this recording) happens to be one of my favorite opera singers and I just want people who are watching this video to know who this wonderful person is!

  • i absolutely love Valerie Masterson and

    Peggy Anne Jones (pitti-sing)

  • Cute use of the G&S song.

  • Please do not associate the great musical writers Gilbert and Sullivan from that horrible show!

  • hillevifan, it's stuck up people like you who are killing the popularity of opera among young people. So what if she heard the song on Suite Life? And what makes it a "horrible show"?

Next time back up your ludicrous statements so that they have some credibility.

  • actually i AM a young person and i still find that show completely idiotic! i just dont want to hear a bunch of prepubescent boys titter out a horrible rendition of a wonderful song- i HAVE seen their rendition- even if it was for fun-I DO NOT CAREEEEE... THEY are the reason that opera is not popular amoung young people..they give such a bad rendition it turns off anyone that listens to it!

  • nope, totally disagree. she looked up this song BECAUSE she heard it on the suite life-- for no other reason. i'm a young person too, and I apparently care about opera more than you do; I don't just care about snobbery and my personal "cultured " status.

  • i agree!!!!!!!

those kind of children shows make children think that opera is really boring, that people only sit in the balcony, that every character is wearing some kind of viking costume, and that its not over until the fat lady sings
