@Hyroyan98 While in the Node Screen you need to [Shift+A] and go to [Output] then to [File Output]. Then just connect the [Defocus-Image] node to the [File Output-Image] node and choose your output. ie TARGA to JPEG. Then Render [F12]. Viola!
