I have ADHD and I have to multitask to get anything done. And I do that sometimes by reading while I work. I finish a 300 page paperback in 4 hours. And I read textbooks, dictionaries, encyclopedias...I don't see how that makes me a moron. Because of the way my brain works reading a novel is the same as watching a movie. And yes, eBooks are the best thing since the printing press and I want me a Kindel.

I do want to say... I do love physical books (I have a first edition Little Women) but I also love my Kobo (an electronic reader). Both are amazing. I love my Kobo for traveling and the fact I have 140+ books on it and it weighs about the same as my iPhone. But at the same time if I REALLY like a book I want a hard copy of it.

Finding time to read is actually quite challenging when going to college full time and working part time. I've had a book sitting on my night stand for almost a month now and its hard to find time to read which sucks, I like to read.

And omg! I completely agree about eBooks especially if they become available for college books because just this past semester I spent probably almost $600 dollars on books from the college itself. Not to mention how heavy those books can be.

Personally, I'm half-half. A lot of the reading I do are PDFs because I just don't feel like spending money on a book. On the other hand, I have breaks in between classes and don't mind going to the local bookstore to just sit there and read for hours at a time. There's always the whole argument that all we're doing is making ourselves stare at a screen 24/7 though so it could go both ways, really.

Not to mention, if you are only interested in reading you can get a cheapy ereader that cost only about 75 bucks. So in the end your getting a lot of savings which even if you lose the ereader once a year, your still ahead financially.
