No one can be better than Grey Fox, he was one of the best in the MGS series, it's a shame they he got killed again in MGS1.

(He was killed in Metal gear 2 by solid snake after falling on a mine, listen to the codec sequences in MGS 1 and you will know this. His body was recovered and they revived him and then became the Cyborg Ninja thnks to Dr clark, AKA: Para-medic from MGS 3)
