Good throwing... Is that 700g.? Do you know a guy called Paulo Ostapowicz. He is still throwing 53m+ at 56 years of age with 800g. We all respect him at our club. He wants to throw 60m at 60- 800g. If he actually trained im sure he would.
Of course...By the way, in Finnish book concerning 1984 olympics your second and best throw 81m+ in final was descpriped: " Paikaltaan heittämisen maailmanennätys". Same in english can be translated like "world record in standing throw".
Good throw think that was about 68m throw, how do you keep goin when your 46 because most javelin throwers have long retired by then with a few exceptions peter yates, tony smith comes to mind & kevin murch (rugby & northampton) who still throws & is nearly 50 dont you get elbow and shoulder pain and everything else which comes along with javelin throwing and have you ajusted your training with age?
69m is fcking good if your 46 :O
