  • It is ironic that you criticize Republicans for giving subsidies to oil companies and claim it is due to their being paid by the oil. It is as if you are suggesting Democrats never get paid for their positions? If that is not what you are suggesting, then why speak of Republicans and not politicians in General. Finally, you are quick to use the term "Paultards" and dismiss a relatively diverse group whose reasons for supporting him may be diametrically opposed. Is that intellectually honest?

  • Global warming might be good beacause he will keep our planet warm.. We are in a period between iceages

  • @gohan40129 I'm not so sure that depleting our ozone layer is a good thing.

  • @LouieDaProtectionist Carbon is a natural substance, if you want less carbon plant tree's its that simple

Terraforming the Sahara desert into a farm valley is a good place to start.

  • Does tax breaks to oil companies make oil cheaper or not for the final customer?

  • @gohan40129 not necessarily (oil prices also have a lot of speculation), but it does make an alternative energy harder to compete. the CEO's salaries of these oil companies have gone up exponentially over the past couple of decades, so the tax breaks are making the CEO's salaries go up..

  • The comments in this threat are disheartening. Even reasonable + rational people get into a huge fights (albeit only verbal), trying to defend their turf at all costs. How can ANY consensus ever be reached, if this is the case with reasonably informed people, let alone the vast majority of people, who know nothing but to try ensure their own survival? The phrases absolute freedom + absolute liberty should be stricken from our vocabulary. There is no such thing + there never will be.

  • @55ella2007k

    Vocabulary has words, not phrases.

  • TSA is total bs. Homeland Security is bs. It is a complete waste of tax money, not to mention infringing on civil liberties. Paul is right on that score. But eliminating the of Dept of Energy? the Dept of Education, the EPA, the FDA? All of these depts have flaws, but the flaws came about not just because of entrenched bureaucracy, but because of infiltration of BIG corporations into their regulatory functions. I'm done listening to speeches. This election is a joke, to put it mildly.

  • Privatizing water would be a disaster to the common man.

Doonesbury said it well in yesterday's paper. The Ron Paul world is a fantasy. No functioning country has a Libertarian government.

  • @TheElMoIsEviL You really are an emotional chap. I mean you really do play up this angle that people should pity you. That indeed little old me caused all this strife. Are you sure you do not suffer any mental issues?Perhaps your lack of regulation of arms sales etc will bring a more peaceful world? Personally I think the banning of the sales themselves will have a more telling "real" statistical measured response. Can't shot without the gun, can't blow people up without the bomb. MMM thinking

  • @TheElMoIsEviL I joined the army and was highlighting the fact that I am indeed sane. I had a whole heap of doctors say so. In fact unlike most people I indeed have the paperwork that says I am. I was not part of the 'military industrial complex' I was part of the military. I do believe the military industrial complex is more on your side of the fence. All that free trade in weapons etc. I guess it will just fade away under your system of virtual non regulation and "free trade" lmfao.

  • @TheElMoIsEviL Nope not at all and never said I was. I am opposed in principle to war and intervention by powerful nations dictating to smaller ones. And I have never said I was. It seems you do a hell of a lot of assuming as to what I believe.

  • @TheElMoIsEviL I think the object of engagement in the military is to win, I am not aware of that many battles where the opponents decided to disarm themselves because they felt they had an unfair advantage.

  • @TheElMoIsEviL Got your panties in a bunch LMFAO sob. Emotion, Emotion, Emotion strawman strawman LMFAO. No one gives a fuck buddy, no one gives a fuck Don't go play with the big boys if you do not want your pigtails pulled. And as I was in the defense force for 10 years I had a mental health evaluation every year, when I got my Secret clearence every six months. I can assure you i am of sound mind. Well at least for the years I served my nation

  • @TheElMoIsEviL First of all you ass, I said she and he were consistent in their beliefs, not supportive of each others. And secondly they indeed supported very similar ideals. So much so that Rothbard said as much. To have you quibble over semantic differences is laughable but typical of utopian claptrap. You wish to avoid the similarities as it's uncomfortable but focus on the minimal differences. A fact Rothbard made clear his views on Rand. Where he said we basically agree

  • @TheElMoIsEviL No not at all and I think on a level looking at what you write you are removed from the ideology you purport to support. And not all people simply look up wiki, some have actually been interested in politics sine they were about 12 and read, met and associated with a very large range of beliefs. I reject your 'innate' ideological beliefs as I do with the anarchists (yes because I do not consider you one) I do not embrace a Plato world view. You may imagine your world but reality?

  • @TheElMoIsEviL that is simply not true, the armed thugs were there for along time before the IMF and the world bank who have very little dealings with Somalia (due to the armed thugs) Your ideology is the same as Rands, the difference is in the small details. Same ballderdash just a different way of looking at it. One would say at least Rothbard and Rand were consistent. You right wing reactionaries want to have your bit of "government" and eat it too. Its always too much until its too little

  • @TheElMoIsEviL LMFAO so what version odfright win reactionary politics do you believe in? The version that agrees with you and all others are wrong lmfao. Somalia tics all the boxes. Minimal government, free markets without regulation, no gun laws, no public schools, no minimum wage, no child labor laws. According to Rothbard it should be a functioning example of perfection. But no your type of right wing reactionary rejects Rothbards type, or do you funny chaps

  • @TheElMoIsEviL I must admit I thought Ayn Rand would fall into the Anarcho Capitalist camp why do you say she would be a State Capitalist?, I agree though that very few Libertarians are Anarcho most are Minarchist and yes that is a biased statement that I have no way of actually verifying.

  • @TheElMoIsEviL I think though that libertarians blame too much the FED and other institutions and not enough on the banks, and corporate CEO'S and yes the gov for being in bed with these giant powers, and for giving them money.

Well there are a lot of Libertarians who worship the ground that Ayn Rand walks on, so they need to separate themselves from her.

  • @whedonfreak976 same shit different stink. They love her when they need too and desert her when they don't. When you have an ideology thought up in make believe you can adjust the bits which don't sit well with the world view until they do. Thats all they do. The Austrians like Friedman until you point out Friedman believed in government intervention in the markets, the Mises crowd love Hayek until you point out Hayek agreed with welfare, the Rothbard crowd love Mises LMFAO.Circles within circles

  • @franks2732 I think that a lot of libertarians make the mistake of trying to simplify things, gov bad, free market good, well ask New Zealand about the free market, they tried it back in the early 21 st century, and it failed big time.

  • @TheElMoIsEviL Well it is an extreme version, you should hear these idiots who want NO gov, so yeah that is more of anarchism. I keep forgetting that.

  • No Louie, they do not want to know what facts are. And ask them about Somalia, and how that turned out. All they like to keep shouting is give me my freedom, and yet they do not realize that if there was a total free market, we would have less freedoms based on the fact that corporations would just take money, and screw the worker, another great video my friend :D

  • LIKE. BUT ACTUALLY THE OIL/GAS COMPANIES ARE MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR. THAT'S MY ONLY CORRECTION.

  • Sorry Louie their words sort of are defeating your argument as to their intentions. Indeed many are bigoted shits

  • I enjoyed your interpretation of the Libertarians.

  • At around the 4 minute mark, I agree so much, that I'm going to attach a video I put up a couple of months ago.

    Well done!

  • I agree no subsidies but I don’t suppose that would apply across the board I suppose there would be some special cases that you would feel deserve subsidies and would that principle extend to not protecting oil interests overseas? You see I don’t agree with everything Ron says but I do insist that my younger siblings pray to his image every morning and that they read his “End the FED” book while chanting phrases from it before they head off to their Koch sponsored college.

  • I remember when You used to Cuss my ass out because I didn't believe your Alex Jones Propaganda you used to Post Daily..

  • Obama and His Brown Shirts will be the Destroyer of this Nation...lol

  • I See You're Not wearing Your Obama T-Shirt...Do you still have that Obama Alter built in your closet?.......How do you like your Change?

  • @TheMidnightRider11 I liked his last SOTU. hopefully, he fulfills his promises. when he does, you will be seeing a whole lot of that shirt. for now, it's in the closet.

  • @LouieDaProtectionist Brother NOTHING BUT MORE LIES AND PROMISES THAT HE WON"T DO...He's a Fucking Puppet.....

  • Yeah, I agree with you on one point. Ron Paul has so many supporters- and I'm starting to feel it's a set up.

  • @Acguarnica Ron Paul has a whole lot of supporters all with their own bed sheets and hoods

  • @franks2732 that's not fair. I don't believe the Paultards are racists at all. they are just economically stupid, and think youtube is a credible source to learn economics.

  • @LouieDaProtectionist I do not believe the "pautards' in general are racist but Louie it is fair that a great number of his supporters are indeed racist.

  • @franks2732 That’s like saying "I do not believe the "blacks' in general are stupid but Louie it is fair that a great number of blacks are indeed stupid”. What does a great number mean less than 50% more that 50% if it is less than 50% is that then still not a generalisation? I think it is not a generalization when you point to specific person with a reason as to why you think they are a certain way, so tell me why I am a racist Franks don't shoot in the bundle, bloody stupid socialist, kidding.

  • @watgaanhieraan What is really funny, well actually quite sad is that your comments indeed sort of confirm my statements. That in a great many Ron Paul supporters is the "bigot" just waiting to jump out. That you cannot but help but play the race card in conversation. Just an observation. And every time I have doubts about Ron, I mean giving him a second chance, I remember his support of the Birch Society and I read his "solicitation" letters. Then I go mmm.

  • @franks2732 You’re the bigot Franks, you are the one that made the statement that a great number of Ron Paul supporters are racist, that is a generalisation with absolutely no actual facts to support it.

  • @watgaanhieraan Really? You mean like the fact that a lot of paul fans on my video where laying down some racist language, and they think it is o k for diners, and other places to not give service to african americans if they do not want to, Paul takes donations from former kkk, and neo nazi members, so please man. There is a lot of proof of a lot of Paul supporters are racist.

  • @whedonfreak976 I don’t know how many racist comments you received as a percentage of the Ron Paul supporters so who knows, there is not enough space in the comments section to get into your second point, and the donations from racist groups is a small percentage of donations, I was watched a Fox show the other day where they were making all OWS street people out to be anti Semite because one OWS protester was making anti Semite statements, I certainly don’t think that as a group OWS is anti sem

  • @watgaanhieraan No not at all, and coming from your ideology "there is nothing at all wrong with generalizations". You just don't like it when I generalize about your supporter base. And I have never once seen a "paultard" ever object to the bigoted comments made by another Ron Paul supporter. It is a bit rich of a paultard to bitch about generalizations. Your ideology is founded on them lmfao

  • @franks2732 Sure I don’t have a problem with generalisations it is what humans do, I realise that all human thinking is largely based that way and that a large part of real truth is working through that, your ideology however claims to not be biased and you have claimed to me in the past that your reasoning is strictly fact based and scientific. I have actually defended your socialist ideology from someone who accused all socialist structures of leading to oppressive regimes.

  • @watgaanhieraan Well that is good, but i do think that Paul should not be taking this money, he can get it from other donors, that makes him look bad, even if it is a small percentage, and yes they will do that to OWS or anyone for that matter.

  • @franks2732 Shit I have just realised my previous statement about your ideology not claiming to biased is in itself biased because you have made no such claim, and you said that you like facts and the scientific method not that you solely function that way.

  • @franks2732 I wouldn't care about them. I don't care about the fringe units who like Obama. I don't stain a man's name because of who happens to follow him. Look at Darrol Abbot aka Dimebag Darrol who was killed by 'a follower'. By the philosophy, should I condemn Abbot because of his fans?

  • @Acguarnica Oh i care very much about Ron's past, his writing's, his meetings with the Birch society etc etc. And I really do care about his supporters. I cannot blame the Rock Star for idiot, but I can blame the politician who promoted racism for the racist who acts in his name.

  • The Paultards will be coming soon, keep it up

  • @oldcomic1 alright I will, but from an undisclosed location, somewhere in the Southeastern United States.

  • Henry Charles Carey wrote a 500 pg. book, called the Harmony of Interest that debunked the Free Trade myth, and in his essays on political economy debunked all classical economist from Adam Smith to Thomas Malthus
