  • They were great as a town car, not the type of thing for long motorway jaunts though. but having said that all mine were old '70s 1000cc models

  • It's a real shame that the real (non BMW) Mini isn't manufactured anymore.

  • Well you can currently buy a brand new real Mini from the exclusive car coach-builders/Mini specialists Wood & Pickett. Their constructing 50 to the highest spec to celebrate the Minis birthday. But they've had to call them 'Margrave 50's' due to BMW copywrite (nothing stopping you putting a Mini badge on it afterwards though). Oh and they cost around 25 grand each.
