  • im 26 and i have a nice athletic body, although I weigh only 8 and a half stones. my friends said thats abnormal as they all weigh 9 and a half or 10 stone. when i went to my doctors, he said its fine for the height i am. which is 5 foot 6 , so i am short:( compared to my age group friends. what i want to know is can i bulk up and have a muscular body, reason i ask is b cos last time when i got in to weight lifting, even doing small weights would eventually hurt my bones on my arms. why is dat?

  • Has anyone heard of Saputo Whey, its much cheaper compared to any other whey and I hear that top brands like ON, Gaspari etc buy the pure whey from them and then add flavors and other fillers to it, has anyone heard of Saputo, please advice.

  • They dont use smith machines for benching flat or incline. Smith is good for shoulder press, Smith machine is great for shrugs and deadlifts.

  • @ferakachubs In later videos. if you watch videos from the past then slowly make your way down the line of time in their videos, you notice they talk about their mistakes in past videos and you can see how their workouts evolve. Such as they use machine's in earlier then they say machine's do not build strength. they use smith machine in this video, then they say later it contributed to their shoulder pains. same with the barbell bench, it also contributed to their shoulder pain.

  • @ferakachubs Im pretty sure he means, bench press and squats. In the smith machine, shoulder presses work pretty good. but thats just my take on it, you can do whatever the fuck you wanna do!

  • Hey I believe that these guys know what they are doing, but to me it just doesnt seem possible to gain muscle by doing 12 sets in a gym. Thats literally 1-2 separate workouts per muscle group. Do these programs work?

  • @TxStroke23 yes, because all these workouts work all three of these muscles, in other words they are working in unison which the body is meant to do. so really its not 1-2 workouts per muscle, shoulder press=shoulders and triceps, chest press=chest, front delts, triceps, dips= chest, shoulders, triceps.etc.

  • Do you guys ever do db chest flies or cable crossovers for your chest or is it all presses and dips? Do you ever do lateral raises or just upright rows and presses?

  • @avatarcollides2day na I used to think like that too but its abetter upper body mass builder than the bench press its gets your shoulders trap back muscles triceps this is the ultimate upper body developer try it you will not be dissappointed. This is a great triceps developer as well

  • @twinmuscleworkout This is not right. The military press (or seated front press) is activating your triceps, deltoid (ant-post-middle), and small area of the upper chest musccle called calvicular head. You can not really compare the two, and prefer one over the other as they activate both similar, but mostly different muscle groups. But with that said, they are both great mass muscle builders.

  • @twinmuscleworkout You make have great videos with a lot of helpful and valuable information and they're really funny, but what your displaying here i not military press, but inclined bench press. This is because your body is at about a 45 degree angle with your arms, if you had your arms directly above your spine then this would be a overhead shoulder press. So the great upper body developer your speaking of is the inclined bench press.

  • Any suggestions for gaining mass around ribs. I have abs and stuff but y can still see my ribs! Know any good excercises?

  • @cavssnare11 their is no exercises for ribs lol you are too lean you bodyfat is really low that why you can see your ribs, you need to eat more calories the good ones or the weight you will gain will be fat but yeah your bodyfat is to low you just need to gain weight

  • @twinmuscleworkout not true! between ther ribs there are muscles called intercostale... If you want to make them stronger and bigger, you need to breathe heavy... more intense cardio should do it. Muscles intercostale + diaphragm = breathing.

  • @twinmuscleworkout Actually there are exercises to thicken ribcage. 1st: do intense cardio training for the short periods of time no more than 20 minutes. This will increase your lungs capacity and expand the ribcage. This will also be beneficial to increasing strength of the intercostale muscles. You build up those, you rib cage will expand considerably and intercostale muscles will fill up the gaps between your ribs. 2nd: "sixpack" is only one small part of the abdominal muscles. You need all.

  • @twinmuscleworkout there are muscles between your upper eight or nine ribs ribs. they are your seretus antirior.

  • @cavssnare11 Do exercises for your obliques. Such as ab exercises involve lots of turning from side to side. That'll get you muscle on your ribs.

  • @cavssnare11 mate, do u have your chest showing, as in its quite built, ur abs but then in the middle ur ribcage is sticking out? just wondering probs have the same problem as you, i guess we just need to put more lean weight on so that it ends up covering the rib cage
