  • @atreecko

Also, I kinda want your help. I want to create a WATER-TYPE team, but I don't know which POKEMON I can choose from.

Would you recommend me to choose some? Your preferred ones, I mean...

  • @atreecko

    I kinda guess...

Do you think there will be a sequel for PBR, like for the WHITE/BLACK/GRAY version?

  • You are really great. I find PBR cut double battles rather hard to follow though. I consider myself good at the games but I don't use uncommon Pokémon much. The hardest part for me is raising and planning out a good team. Especially in doubles. Do you think you could teach me on getting a strong team? I'll assure I'm no rookie though. I have some battles on my channel (BW) but, you'll have to search to find them.

  • U r sooooo good at this game .i know now i have to study alot .thanks for upload ^^

  • atreeko it amazes me how smart you are in this game, thanks for the upload!

  • Thank you for uploading your battles! I am really impressed!

    Well played!

  • hurray, another vid. i thought you were crazy keeping hitmonlee in against alakazam, but i also know that you have a few tricks up your sleeves. priority teams can hurt if your not carful. awesome new team atreecko :}

  • Great team! So...almost like a speed-drop team with all the moves you do. lol. Well done!

  • @ARodYankFan yeah kinda. Both Hitmonlee and Persian have Limber as their abilities. Discharge along with Endure can work wonders, providing I synchronize the attack and endure at the same time. Imagine what a stab leichi berry boosted Flail will do...!

  • Very well played atreecko. Drawing in Absol's Sucka Punch to cripple its attack and catching Alakazam off guard was superb. I think after the first 3 turns your opponent realised you knew what you were doing and therefore forfeited. Understandably of course.

According to Psyraine, your Hitmonlee has the ability Limber correct? Is it also safe to assume Persian has Limber too? If so I tottally underestimated your team strategy! Avoid paralysis whilst activating berries is genious.

  • Nice battle, im glad people are still playing PBR

  • Fantastic battle, I love the new team. The opponent was really determined to use Sucker Punch, to the point where his Absol was rendered useless.

  • Awwww, Jirachi is a cutie! <3

I love the fact you're using the Draco Meteor Jirachi. It's nice to see someone else using it besides me.

    Great battles, Ty!

  • @MikuruLatios2 Jirachi is such a great and reliable Pokemon to have and at the same time can inflict a of chaos despite what it's weak to. Hope you enjoyed the battle Jordan ;-)

  • Awesome! I really like Hitmonlee, and when I saw you use endure, I smiled and said out loud "Reversal Time!!" Great team, Draco Meteor on Jirachi is so cool.

  • @Psyraine, Draco Meteor is a game changer, especially when having to deal with the likes of Kingdra and Palkia. This team proves to be more useful in 5th gen than the 4th, but can still work well regardless.

Also, Gastrodon having it's ability upgraded is even more reliable than ever. Rain teams relying on water type attacks to sweep are less threatening and so is the notorious Water Spout.

I wonder if you or anyone else noticed Hitmonlee's ability?

  • @atreecko Oh definitely! He has the ability Limber which prevents paralysis! That way he won't get hindered useless by Discharge and it can also work with Endure to activate the Salac Berry. Very clever.

  • No narration?

    Still epic battle : )

  • Hehehe...I'm not the only one who uses draco meteor jirachi!

    At least they didn't disconnect.

  • @yytan12 Jirachi is a favourite rare type of mine, and when the distribution event included Draco Meteor, I knew it could be more of use to my team. Took a while to train though ;-)

As for the opponent, thankfully they didn't. Disconnects are far less common in PBR than they are in black and white random wi-fi.

  • @atreecko Yeah. Jirachi is always a pain to train.

    Is it really that bad?!

  • @yytan12 well it depends on how much time I get to EV train! If I have nothing to do, then there's no problem, but seeing as I work a lot, I ended up EV training Jirachi in small amounts. It's experience level is pretty high making it time consuming to train. Well worth it though

  • epic battle dude i love your pokemon battles

  • Jeez, you are a PRO at this game!
