I don't understand why you want to add fat. If it's for taste that's one thing, but if it's just to add fat grams--eat some chocolate, ding dongs or some doritoes...get some benefit out of it. I don't really think there's anything such thing as healthy fat.
Your body actually does need some fat to operate properly. The idea is you don't want TRANS fat! Regualr monosaturated, polyunsaturated, ect is good for you, in moderation. Ding dongs have refined sugars which digest into unhealthy fat. (Trans) and doritoes just outright have trans fat, regardless of what the package says, because as long as the amount of trans fat is under a certain percentage, it can technically be labeled as Trans fat free.
Also, if you have under a certain percentage of body fat, all sorts of nasty things can happen. I know in women, i think its something like under 2% (which is eating disorder territory) you can "loose " your period. (Stop menstrating) Not to bash you or anything, just though I would inform you.
okay vid... get 2.5 stars (rounds up to 3). i just use soy milk with my oatmeal, and maybe add some butter and honey. Also eat a whole banana. Plenty carbs, protein and some fat.
i'm glad to know you can do all those things with oatmeal. I am used to do it with milk only, and it didn't taste that good, but now i know how to make it. thank you!.

ok i did my first bowl a couple of minutes ago and i used milk ( a lot ) and salt.... it didnt taste good at all suddenly you can add fruit to it and make it taste good lol xD
I make oal meal with milk and nothing else, no sugar, bananas, and peanut butter and it taste horrible to me. I don't normally make oal meal so I think I am making it wrong or something (that's why I am watching oal meal videos LOL). I think I'm going to start adding a lot of sugar, and maybe banana or peanut butter.
That looks really good, and I'm not a huge oatmeal person but I know I'm deffinatly trying that out! For sure!
