@ozzynator456 An air battle-staff eliminates the need for air runes because it allows you to have infinite air runes.. and i believe it has a better bonus.

Its 200 blood runes for any of the god spells as its 2 bloods per cast and you need to cast ti 100 times. However, the air and fire runes for each spell vary.

if you mean like running from varrok or edge ville yes there is. If you go to argrouge there is a leaver behind the castle by like an arrow icon on the map. i think you need 60 magic to use it though it tele ports you by the mage area were can easley get there but make sure u have a kife or skimmy to cut the spider webs along the way there

after you get the staff you must go back to the mage arena and use the spell on those mage guys 100 time for that 1 spell then you well get a thing that says you can use it other places.

after you finish killing the guy you jump into the spring/ pond then you go and pray at any 1 statue and u get the cape but you can only have 1 cape at a time.

bloods are for higher level spells and i was only 60 or 61 mage at the time so i found that fire blast was good so i used deaths insted you can use bloods if you want..
