  • the employer cannot denie a claim they can summit information to help in the ajudacation of the case but its the wcb that makes the decision.

  • Guess again, the Feds do what they want. They just don't file the claims. Prairie Region gave me a list of John's injuries (minor) treated at the on site hospital, most I didn't even know about. The last one it took Ottawa a month to find out what they injected him with, and only because he had to describe the nurse. They even got that wrong, I was told it was a saline solution, but it was a tetnus shot.

  • Sorry, not the meds. WCB tried to blame the diabetes, which again was wrong, because he had tests. Because there is no start point, the doctors can't tell how much he has improved. But it is possible that it was caused when he fell. He does have front lobal issues, which is not from any meds. He retained things that were his passion plumbing and welding. Other things he really has to focus on to figure it out.

  • I basically have the same problem as John. It could be the meds he's on. I have noticed personally my memory and though processes are screwed up along with the shaking. But it beats the alternative.

  • I hope you both have a better day soon and get what WCB owes you.
