  • His lower back probably didn't hurt actually, because trap bars don't put very much stress on your lower back, but hes beast though.

    If used properly trap bars can give you a much better workout then regular squats.

    Trap bar works the arms too unlike squats.

And you should breathe more fiercely to maximize oxygen intake, especially for a workset like this - I breathe harder and sweat more on 3-rep circuit sets than you, and I can't lift as much weight as you can, so why the fuck do I know this and you don't?
