What is the best stop motion Camera for a macbookair?

@joshua123838 I don't have a mac but I would use a stills digital camera (standard, good quality pref) if you are using a video compositing software or a webcam (I don't advise this but only one that seems to work with most stop-motion software). It probably doesn't matter which camera really as long as you make sure it is compatible. Within that I don't know but I hope this helps.

@it4040 you don't need to use clay. another effective way is simply putting the minifigure ON the support. that way its fairly easy.

@ingng The baseplate and background is the back image and the minifigure and bricks are the image on top, you erase the rigs and the baseplate should look the same, as long as the lighting is consistent, know what I mean?

How do you do this with HUGE $100+ LEGO Aircraft Sets? My gunship is un repairable now because it falls apart just by carrying it! And I seriously NEVER want it to happen again, yet I want to make my AT-OT attached Dropship land on camera. And I think I don't have enough bricks to support it. Also, if I can, I am going to do this using Green Screens. Does that help?

why wouldn't you make your rig out of a single contrast color (like red in this case) and then magic wand and delete to speed up and increase the accuracy and speed of erasing the rig. sort of like having the rig be a green screen
