  • I just got my P90X DVDs and some weights. I'm still waiting on my chin up bar. I'm ready to start but, a little worried about having to get up in the morning. I'm a school teacher who also works at a day care nights and weekends (ugh!) and already find it hard to get up for work. I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and wait until summer vacation begins when I have less obligations. But, I hate to waste 3 weeks.

  • It's tough with a busy schedule - I find myself working out later at night than in the morning. Though morning is best. It's easier if you have someone to workout with to get you motivated in the morning. Find someone in WOWY so you can get in the online gym together at a specified time!

    You want to be of the right mindset to bring it consistently - Think about this though, your not just doing 90 days and calling it quits, this is a new life style. Your not going to quite in the fall / winter..

  • ... So why not start ASAP? Instead of thinking about how much you don't want to get up. Think about how much better you will feel and how you will look.

    It's best to focus on the positives and then just stop thinking and do it. Stop worrying :) - The only thing that will make a difference is if you challenge yourself and push play.
