I understand how to do the braid, i do it on my friends all the time. But i am not able to do the braid on myself which is pretty odd, because i can always manage to do them on myself. Although due to the twisting, its not manageable so can you make another version of the braid where its easier to make on yourself ? Thank you

@SOCCER201111 I would think as long as the sections were smooth it would come out almost as easily as a braid. Especially on kids hair which just usually seems to be smoother. I would do this on flat ironed adult hair, just because it's smoother, with a good smoothing balm to tame flyaways.

i can do this on my hair but i have to straighten it alot beofre becuse its really frizzy i tried it on my normal hair and it took like 2 hours to get out qwick tip if that happens to then take conditioner and just slop it right on your hair and then wash it out then take vegetable oil or baby oil and and pour it all over where the knots are and then break the knot in half and then keep breaking it in halfs until you can brush it out!

...guys, it's hair. hair is (usually) pretty silky and soft, if you pull gently it will come undone on its own, just start at the bottom, not the top. and if you use a ton of hairspray then they have de-tanglers for that!

Love this!!! One of my friends has really long and thick hair and her bf asked her to prom. She showed me this video and asked if I could do this hairstyle for her for prom because she's a basic type of girl when it comes to doing her own hair. It took me an hour to finally get it perfect. (I'm a perfectionist. ;) ). She came over later that night to sleepover and it took us an hour to get it out! Lol, good thing she doesn't have a sensitive scalp! :)
