Since Youtube came along I pretty much only watch the 70's and 80's shows, too. It's almost like a treasure hunt with all the things you can find from back then. I had completely forgotten about Emma Samms (and Hotel) until I saw this, lol!
Wow! Thanks for this upload! I'm not even 40 yet, but I'm amazed at the qualtity of tv shows then vs. now. It's stunning that even during the coke filled, hi-powered, Wall-Street, Brat Pack defined end of the Cold War 1980's, we still managed to retain a sense of incredible innocence, grace, and style in our entertainment. It really is a pity that television is nothing more than paltry, mass produced reality shows in this day and age. These HOTEL clips bring back wonderful, nostalgic feelings.
Thanks, Your welcome.:) I agree with you about a lot of television today. I really don't like reality tv at all. I barely watch anything today. Most of my favorite shows are from the eighties and seventies.
Same here! TV today is just so shallow and uninteresting. Endless reality tv and just unimaginative shows over all (most of it anyway) Everything I watch is from the 70s and 80s! It really was the best time for TV and movies I think!!
I have to agree with you for the most part. You're welcome, doesn't he make a great Prince...the running joke I love to say..'Prince of WHERE?' They never say...so I say, Prince of 'New Jersey!" Since he doesn't have any accent whatsoever..except a New York/Jersey one! haha.
ah!!! how lovely and radiant Anne Baxter looked, even at this point in her life. Such a shame she died so young (62).She was a Taurus, Taureans are such radiant and beautiful people!;)
to me Anne Baxter was like a younger version of Claudette Colbert. I just loved her simple grace and charm. I was star struck when I saw her in All About Eve and Ten Commandments. I only regret that she had retired so young! She was truly a fine fine actress. Tu Chez, mon ami about another one appreciating her! ;)
Anne Baxter, as elegant as ever.

oh how I cried as a teen when Jon-Erick Hexum died...I have a scrapbook full of photos I clipped. So sad his life was cut short.
