@PerformanceDrift If you talking about to put bodyshells together from clear, it usually takes me just over a day.

The Last RX7 is a Tamiya one. Yes all later Tamiya TT01 kits like the RX7, BMW, Skyline R34, R35 and many others come with light buckets front and rear & a set of LED lights. I love my TT01 drift car. Best budget drift car for parts & hop-ups bar none. I have loads of new kits here still to build & quite a few RX7 shells to paint.

@IrishHooligan100 Cheers dude. No the Shell is'nt a Tamiya one mate, but it is lined up and sitting on a Tamiya TT01. I also still have it and it has never been used. Will have to list alot of bodyshells on ebay soon as I have loads more here left to paint.

@nobama53 Sorry mate I missed you comment. Yes mate the TT01 is a fantastic little car to start drifting as parts & Up grades are easy to get & cheap. Alot of people say you needs loads of power to drift. I find it realy depends on the tyres you wanting to use. I personal us a 13t Brushless set-up at it very good with my HPI Drift tyres. But if you want to run a brushed motor I started with a modifided 27T motor. Alot of people seem to run 19T motors for the power.

@326cafrank There a re a few companys out there that do little exhaust kits for bodyshells. Hpi, Tamiya, Ansmann & ABC Hobbies do them. Some high detailed body sets include Exhausts like the 350Z in the video that also has plastic Nissan logo's, door handles & Wipers.

What is the best brand of rc drift cars ready to run??

@RoyGTR1 I would have to say stick to buying Tamiya, Yokomo, Hpi Drift cars. The reason for this is that the ease of getting replacement parts. Cheaper brands are ok but are very hard to get parts for down the line if something goes wrong with it. Tamiya I would say is your best buy because of the ease of getting parts and the overall cost. All the best.

@RoyGTR1 Cheers Dude! Most if not all OnlineRC Shops now take Paypal. RC Mart is an excellents shop and post world wide. If not you will find good deal also on ebay. If you find some stuff and are not sure what one to go for in the end send me a private message about what you found and I will point you in the direction I would go in. Btw If you just want a RC Car for fun & not Comp drifting a Tamiya TT01D would be a fantastic start. I use one myself as well as a Tamiya TB03. Good Luck

Heyy there! I'm thinking of a Custom body project. I want a 200mm HPI Nissan GTR32 with head and tail lights. The problem is, HPI doesn't provide with Light brackets, they only give you a non-functional sticker to paste on. I've seen some RC shell brands that do not have light brackets included, but there are people who are able to install the lights. So where can I find these brackets?are they available in the market? Or Do I have to fabricate them myself?

@driftsilvia16 Yah dude, Sounds like a nice project bodyshell. Tamiya do a R32 Skyline shell and you can buy replacement light brackets buckets/brackets. Part Number is, Tamiya 9115246. You will find them at Rc Mart. . They may fit straight on or might require some modification. You will also find other great items for you project on Rcmart.com. Heyy there! I'm thinking of doing a custom

Body project with Lights for front and rear. I want a HPI 200mm GTR32 body, but they don't come with light brackets. Instead, HPI provides a non-functional sticker headlight. @driftsilvia16 Hay there! Best looking bodyshells by far are Tamiya bodyshells. Alot of newer Tamiya shells come with proper light buckets the you can fit multiple lights into. Next best to tamiya is Hpi for detail. So if your running a tamiya car buy tamiya shells or if you running 190mm or 200 chassis buy Hpi. Need any help let me know.

@jackopalkia I must say mate Normal road car versions of there are easyer to find running space to play with them. Drifting requires good smooth ground to run them on. But standard cars can easly be converted for drifting. I find drifting much more fun than standard racing though. Both are great fun.

@hjkhhh Thank you for you comments. As for the Dummy exhausts on the Nissan 350Z fairlady. They come with the bodyshell set mate. The set aslo comes with real real door handle, Nissan badges, light buckets ( 3mm LED ) & wiper arms. They are realy nice bodysets. They also do a Skyline R34 Z-Tuned set. I bought a few of them.

Think about what you say before you make a comment. My main bulk of my bodyshells are genuine Tamiya bodyshell that are Factory pre-drilled by tamiya for bodypost holes. If I'am doing 190m or 200mm none tamiya shell that have not been designed to fit a Tamiya then I never drill the holes. Not everyone wants to drill there own holes ether. Also in you video the shell you on you HPI E10 is not a R33 its an R34. So if you are going to critisise people work then get you own facts right.

I do have the Gold / Red Spaz airbrush paint here though just hav'nt got round to buy a good airbrush as yet. Will soon though.

Hay again mate. The Tamiya Part Number you would be looking for would be 50958 RS WRC 02 for that Focus shell. You might be hard pushed to find one though mate, There getting very rare now. Was there a colour you were after one sprayed?
