  • great video but i could only think one thing, how come the dobermans ears are cropped so short they are suppose to be much longer.

  • I also have a 1 yr old doberman female that has adopted the 10 week old boston female as her puppy...that boston will corner her everytime...lol

  • Sometimes I wish I wasn't in the military. I would love to have a doberman but constant deployments would be too hard on the dog :(

  • YOU KNOW I HAVE A "BT" HE IS SO FRIGGIN NUTS I WANNA KILL HIM ONLY JOKIN THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST PERSONALITIES IN THE WORLD MY BT BUCK HAS ME IN STITCHS EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY, ARE THEY REALLY DOGS?? THEY SEEM A BREED APART AS FAR AS LITTLE DOGS MY BT DONT LIKE THEM NOT THAT HE GOES AFTER THEM HE DONT BOTHER WITH THEM THE BIGGER THE DOG THE MORE HE LOVES I SEEN HIM GO WILD PLAYING WITH 3 GREAT DANES I WISH I HAD A CAMRA SO FUNNY, JUST HAD TO ADD

  • :20, "I have the high ground!"

    :23 "oh shit"

  • its like a honda 50 vs a fireblade!!

  • I was straring at the doberman's butt

  • Omg I LOVE ur puppy I WANT IT BAD!

  • Jade is doing the butt wiggle for her new friend, definite sign of love!

  • our Boston plays with a bull mastiff about 10x's his size. there is no backing down a boston.

  • aw doberbutt wiggle!

  • That Boston terrier is like BONZAI!!!

  • A Boston Terrier always thinks it is the same size if not bigger than any other dog in the room. lol

  • OMG! she is so cute!!

  • Haha just like a fiesty boston irishman.

  • she marks her territory, simply great and cute!

  • love it, the whole time the Dobe's tail (what little there is :-) ) is just wagging.

  • hes soooo cute

  • hahah i love how dobies get excided an their who backside wiggles ... its like they're trying to overcompinsate for not having a tail lol

  • Tough little Boston! :) Love it!

  • Great Video! Dobie wags her tail, thinking the Boston is cute and brave! LOL...

  • That's my husky and pomeranian right there...

  • preee

  • Dobie is trying to wag her tail.

  • that's hilarious!! no fear whatsoever. must be BT thing. mine acts the same way with big dogs. what an amazingly well-behaved Dob. awesome job!!

  • looks like ramsey and pablo

  • @ssips720 I love Ramsey and Pablo. I always say they remind me of them when I am watching their videos. Funny how the Doberman breed is really so very similar. Jade and Ramsey act very similar.

  • Such a nice video!

  • Beautiful Doberman!

  • AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

  • Your doberman acts a lot like a horse around 0:20 seconds in.

Your boston is a tough guy immediately after.

  • that has got to be the cutest form of playing

  • Hi my name is Charmaine and I wanted to thank you for putting your video up. I live in California and the area where we live is not doberman friendly, which upsets me greatly as my now 8 month old doberman is a social outcast. Seeing videos of your doby and little puppy makes me happy because people can see that dobermans are actually loving and sweet natured dogs. Your dog is beautiful and my husband and are in love with her ears.

  • So adorable! Our boston has a longer tail too and it's bent! It looks like his little kick stand! :)

  • Bostons don't realize that they are small. They always think that they are the biggest animal in the room.

  • You doberman is slightly bigger than the avg size .. She's beautiful though. She's very toned. Your boston is just too cute

  • Look at that dobers stump wag. hahaha. so cute. ^_^

  • She is definitely a Boston. I have met her mom, dad and liter mates. We've even had a reunion with all the liter mates. Not sure about the tail thing....

From the akc website regarding BT's and tails:

The tail is set on low, short, fine and tapering, straight or screw and must not be carried above the horizontal. (Note: The preferred tail does not exceed in length more than one-quarter the distance from set-on to hock.) Disqualify: Docked tail.

  • Sorry but a true Boston terrier doesn't have a tail they are born without a tail

  • @Edwardjr01 They are born with tails, but they are short in relation to the dog's length. A piece taken from the AKC website "The body is rather short and well knit, the limbs strong and neatly turned, the tail is short and no feature is so prominent that the dog appears badly proportioned."

  • i know who the boss is. hint it is not the doberman. very cute vid and beautiful dogs.

  • wow my hubby and I are huge Mirko Cro Cop fans. A client of mine (from Croatia) is married to a member of the special forces he was in. Crazy that you should mention him. LOL

  • 0:23 i remembered mirko cro cop and his staredowns....

  • pwned

  • Bostons LOVE to "kick" my dobe's butt.

  • Aww! The Doberman wagging her entire butt...I love the BT too!

  • I got a doberman 4 months and a boston 7 months best pair ever!!! so funny together reminds me of yours

  • The Doberman has a future in a rap music video cause damn look at dat ass shaking!

  • your dogs are so cute, have owned both breeds, just got love them, enjoy your dogs

  • that puppy is like, come here, I'll whup yo ass anytime

  • Bostons and pugs rock

  • Your Dobie is GORGEOUS!!! How old is she?? And where did you get her?? I mean, do you have a breeder you can recommend??

  • if i were that doberrman id put u away a long time ago!!!

  • omg its but is in the video

  • hes like 'whats good i'll beat ur ass rite now bring it'

  • haha you boston just leaped off the couch haha

  • Such sweet dogs! And I love how unique your Boston's marking are.

  • all BT's are 100lb. monsters in their own minds. They are the best.

  • not so tough when ur off ur couch r u >:O

  • the only reason they wont come to see lily is most likely because she looks big and tough and they r afraid which in a way isnt a bad thing

  • Dobarmanns are so sweet! They are not the vicious animals they are made out to be.

  • Wow, What a Dog (Jade) I hope for lily,s sake the tail never stop,s wagging. One little bite, is all little Lily would be. Lovely Dog,s love my BT,s

  • are they good dogs?

  • very cute

  • LoL-"easy" is a very common word in my house! I have a 70lb lab X and a runt BT (both boys), weighing no more than 14lbs--yet of course the BT (Little Guy) thinks he is a force unmatched. Poor baby has been trampled a few times and his ego hurt more than anything. And boys in general are not very graceful and careful when charging towards a moving object. Nonetheless, my boys keep me in stitches everyday. Enjoy!

  • @AYCHEECHEE lol i always find it so funny how such a small dog can have so much attitude, way more than the big dogs lol its so cute

  • Our Belle is a fearless, fetching tomboy! We revel in her joy every minute of the day. Bostons are a revelation for people who have never owned one. They are humorous, smart and loving all in the span of a minute.

  • oh my goodness! i have never seen a boston like that with such a small little patch on his face so adorable!

  • Good girl Jade

  • so damn cute and i bet the little dog is like "i tink this dog is trying to kill me ma save me!!!!"

  • My neighbor has a great dane & a boston. Same thing, people on the sidewalk go across the street to avoid the dane. If only they new that it's the boston who's the bad ass.

  • your doberman is huge!

  • @moodygirl900 0_0 u think thats huge, ive seena way bigger doberman

  • @moodygirl900 Dude Most Of the Doberman Dogs Are Huge But The Prob is Most Of the YouTube Videos are Not Full Grown Doberman Dogs ... =)

  • now those are two breeds that fart a lot!!

  • I cannot wait to get a BT, both of your dogs are so beautiful!!!!

  • boston terriers are very smart

  • ppl laugh when i say bostons r great guard dogs..doesnt matter that they r small. most ppl dont know in the late 1800;s they were bred for pitfighting. but women loved them so much they bred them as lap dogs. so dont think that jaw wasnt meant to do business if necessary..my girl thinks her boston wouldnt protect her if she was gettin mugged cuz shes overly friendly..these dogs rnt afraid of nething. sept when daddy "me" says HEY with my deep voice lol.. my lily does this with my 90 lb lab

  • That dog holds it ground!

  • wow turns out jade is a popular name for dogs. my bostons name is jade.

  • what a spunky lil turd! beautifly girl ya got there!

  • i have a 2 months old red/tan doberman named Reese a female. She loves my other dog Rocks, who is a mutt, but he doesn't really like her lol. I'm sure that will change once she hits her first heat lol

  • look its ramsey n pablo!

    XD

  • LOL, can't get back on couch..cool dogs!

  • omg this is so totally cute! I love it!

  • haha smart doberman. she knows better not to go all out on the lil dude

  • so cute! I love your boston's tail! Ours are all natural too!

  • does lily have her tail undocked? shes beautiful

  • Lily's tail is au natural! Boston's have this funny bend in their tail. At first glance it looks like it might have been broken. But that is just how it is. I did learn that not all Boston's can wag their tails. Something I never realized with Lily. BUT the other day, I saw her wagging her tail. We were VERY proud!!!

  • Yeah I have a boston and he has a knink in his tail too, but his was cropped when we got him, I always wondered how long an undocked tail was lol

  • you might want to dock lily's tail because i have a boston terrier. i got him in the 7th grade, but anyway it makes them a lot calmer to be around. Just don't wait to long, because i did and he has a tank full of sugar. Boston's are the cutest dogs in the world .

  • Her tail doesn't seem to be a problem. It's very tiny. As far as her activity level. I would rate it normal for a pup her age. She's very clever and in control. She is so smart for a dog without formal training. By just saying "shhhhh" she can go from crazy licking your face to calm and relaxed. I think we may have gotten lucky and didn't get a hyper one.

  • Boston tails are NOT docked. Their ears are not cropped, either. This pup is either a throwback to other terrier types in the breed as it developed or it is a mix. Either way, this is very CUTE. Thanks for posting. Oh yeah, BT's have ZERO fear.

  • @hellokitti894 If a docked tail makes them more calm, I'd hate to see ours with her tail haha!

  • @hellokitti894 docking a tail has nothing to do with activity level. it is done for purely aesthetic reasons.

  • Adorable! My Boston Terrier's name is Lily too!

  • Both of your babies are so adorable! Watch... they're going to be the best of friends. We have two bostons and a dobie and they are inseparable.

  • KAWAII INU!!!!!!

    (Cute dogs in japanese)

    (Hope u enjoy em!

  • i like your dobber man

  • beauti dobermann :)

  • Jade our Doberman is 8 years old now. She's in great shape and actually a lot more active since Lilly joined our family. We've decided Lilly will be the toughest Boston Terrier ever because her sparing partner is a doberman. haha

  • nice looking dobe..how old is she?

  • PUPPY

  • Aw Lilly! I miss her. When she was first born, I had to burp her over my shoulder because she suckled too much. She's a happy little girl! Congratulations!

  • what a crack up.. she is so funny

  • Beautiful dogs, I love the Boston's markings. What a cutie pie.
