Hey Einstein we have had a war on poverty for over 40 years and there seems to be no end to this war on poverty. All we have done so far is to create more and more welfare welfare recipients. We need to redeploy our resources that we are wasteing on this stupid war on poverty and come up with a plan to get out of it before we waste anymore resources Ever hear of the Civil Rights Act of 1965 and "The Great Society"?
