Tip: you can buy a small bottle of liquid latex and apply it as a 'step-down' from the fake ear to the real ear with a q-tip to make it blend. After it dries, use makeup to blend the fake ear in with your skin tone. Be careful not to get the liquid latex into your clothes or hair though.
