@gen2face No one's gonna lay that down, obviously.. We not mad.. But what do you prefer here? In tournaments, to protect your stack is important.. So what do you prefer? Check/call of Bet/call? I prefer check call.. I think he made a mistakes at that point.. or maybe am i wrong..
Fold a full house..Yeh ok! We all make reads but how many of us are actually right?..of course he had to call..the only thing is with this hand is ...play with fire expect to get burnt
@TheAnalv Yeah cause you'd fold a full house on the river faced with over 4:1 odds. Even if he's 80% sure his read is right on 66 he still has to mathematically call.
@JRS030 it was one of the 5 hands that beats him, and the most likely one.. 55, 66, 99, KK, 5K, so it wasnt a good read he was just shitting himself on the river
@m0sw4ld0 10k to win 50k he has to be right 20% of the time not to call this, you and 28 others fail miserably at poker, you don't know shit about pot odds
To all donkeys whos askin "so why did u call if u knew he had pocket sixes" - he has full house and gettin well over 4 to 1 on his money with flush draw hittin the river. Had good instincts but as a pro he has to call anyway. One time out of 4,5 he will have his opponent beaten so he is gettin good odds to call. I bet no1 whos actin like a pro and askin stupid questions never fold any kind of full house so STFU couse i never seen such a stupid comments.
@PojebanyMany People can can make stupid comment, just the way as you did. But the player could´ve kept his mouth shut and dont mention he " knew " the guy had pocket sixes...now THAT was a stupid comment. So he should´ve just made the call and lick his wounds, then move on to the next hand. if YOU don´t like stupid comments, than just don´t read them or make them to us.
@Waynapicchu1 he said what he was thinkin. If he woud finish - But how can i fold? it would be better ? If u woud know anything about that game you woud also know that somethimes you have to make call like this even when u're not happy about that. Its happening to absolutely everyone and just becouse u never said anything like that doesnt make u smarter. You're not real then couse ur thinkin it but ur afraid to say it even when everyone around the table knows whats goin thru ur head ;)

@13EB31 9-5 suited is a good hand to have in your range... it mixes up your play and has awesome implied odds. I wouldn't play it every time from every position, but I'd play it once every now and then, if no one has entered the pot before me. Like the guy did here.
ANY one thinks he nade the wrong call in the end, you guys are stupid, I wudnt fold that hand either, thats poker, you gamble., its normal nothing wrong with what he did.
there are certain times to fold full houses but with the amount in the pot and the amount to call i think muller has to pay him off even though his full house is beat a very high percentage of time
the guy with 95 should've just folded pre flop. garbage like that can make hands like crappy flushes and crappy two pairs which often gets people into trouble (especially when you only get action when you're beat). also once he gets raised on turn he should strongly consider folding as he cant any set or a straight so he can only beat a bluff. they call him a pro but he played terribly. once they get to river and he boats up i dont think he can ever get away from the hand
snap call river, but tbh I don't think folding turn vs an amateur is terrible. c/c c/r is sooo strong. Fish need to start raising flops and stop trying to "trap" the turn.
the guy with 95s may be a pro but he should've folded pre. when the stacks are really deep and u hit two pairs or a flush with that type of hand u will often be facing a bigger hand when raised. even if u hit trips u wont get much action unless ur beat or up against an idiot. i think he also could've folded to turn raise because theres not much hes beating there except a bluff. he's losing on turn to any set or 78 for straight. the other guy's most likely holdings were a flopped set or straight
9h5h is my favorit hand..... BUT THIS IS PERFECT REASON WHY NOT TO PLAY WEAK HAND GUYS! LOSE 25k with 9,5 and he could wait ACE'S AND SHIP IT IN! looooool TIGHT IS GAY!
I saw Mueller a couple of weeks ago here in Langley BC, in the Cascades poker room. His friend busted out and Mueller proceeded to throw 5 100 dollar bills to him to keep playing.
@benzy199 Exactly...even if you make the good read your still 98% of the time not laying that down..Cash game you can get away from that and make a big laydown but not in tourney format...
@PoKeRFoRNiA he said before he called "do u have pocket 6s". i believe him when he says he knew because even if u are "sure" folding a full house is almost impossible
that is not a read. he was just reading out hands that can beat him. search romanello folding jacks full in wsop 2008. that is a real read. or search negreanu amazing read. negreanu fold straight to other player's flush.
@NoNiceNamesLeft I wasn't criticizing his decision of the play. I was criticizing his cockiness like he knew everything. I would've played it the same but I wouldn't say "omg, i knew what he had. i'm such a genius" after all the cards are rolled over and make myself look like a dumbass in front of the tv.
read was useless if he didnt trust it... i know its hard to fold a full house... almost impossible when the flush draw gets there... would've been the fold of the tournament
