If anyone has a copy of this album, I'd be glad to pay for the CD recording. None of the original record companies have produced any classic rock from this album.
I've got a copy and I listen to it regularly. Fifth Avenue Breakdown is the best song on the album in my opinion, and the title track is pretty incredible too.
Randy Stonehill backed by Daniel Amos sounds great! This song is very reminiscent of the stuff on DA's Alarma! album. It's got the wonderful crisp, punchy sound those songs had.
Linda! how the heck are you?!? I would love a new copy of the pic of me Tim A standing by all the Carnies during the main stage shoots. What a crack up that was.
It's funny seeing this now. I was there doing still photographs of the video shoot that night for Randy. I didn't know a copy of this was floating around.
Wicked...first Christian rock that I really heard was from Randy...still listening and playing. Thanks for the vid...can't remember if this was from the Glory and the Flame or Welcome to Paradise. I'm getting old...but not old enough to listen.
I never knew there was a video for this song! probably my all-time favorite Stonehill song. I used to have "Between the Glory & the Flame" on LP but lost it. Is it on CD? Anybody got it digital?
I got this album in 1983-ish, but have since lost it. The songs on it were absolutely magnificent. It's been 25 years and I am dying to hear "Rainbow" once again. I wish someone would post them on youtube.
This is one of my favorite Stonehill songs (and there are quite a few that I love), but I have to agree that this video and the carnival theme is just L-A-M-E.... Oh well, they can't all be winners, can they?
This was an awesome album! Never seen the video till today, so it was a real treat for sure! Thanks KShavo! Oh, just one more thing...I have never understood the carnival theme for an album like this, and that the vid kept with the carnival theme just really makes a statement...anyone know the story or inspiration behind the theme?
I actually always wondered about the album cover too, but I never really thought about it until I saw this video and read Stonehillian's question. Thanks for posting this video Kshavo! Any others from Stonehill or any other Classic Christian Rock?

Hey Great Video, Stonehill and Da were always the best. I have about all of RS and DAs stuff on vinyl and what I can't find on CD I have burnt.
Thanks again for the post

Well, my dad for one. (Between the Glory and the Flame) But it's on a LP so that doesn't really help.

"Rainbow" is an awesome tune...likely the first Christian rock song with backwards masking.
