For some reason it's easier to make games for 360, so game companies make the 360 and PC (if available) versions first, and then they port the game to PS3. Now, everybody knows that ports are NEVER as well made as the original versions, so that's why games look better on 360, because it has the original versions of games. And I hate to say this, but I just had to.
