This is a fair attempt to prvide safe water, but i have questions on chlorinating borehole water as a safe technique. Usually borehole water is high in minerals and other compounds which makes treatment with chlorine difficult. However, at least its coming from a central point where rigourous monitoring and testing should be a routine.
