I recently bought a Dazzle video creator platinum and it cam with 4 cds. I put CD1 in and it told me which language to pick then i picked it after it loaded up the right after it loaded it sayed 'Invalid serial number please try a valid number' the problem is that i havent even typed in a serial number. Yer i know where the serialnumber is at the top of the case. I then try the other cds they all say i need to first download cd1. I have Studio 11.1.2 someone plz help !

you need to select dazzle on capture source and plug in the cables to the silver triangle thing

@V3ProductionTeamh3Xx This might be a little to late and or you may have already fixed your problem, but it has to do with your driver. Search on google or yahoo for dazzle DVC 100 (or which ever one you have) drivers.

The best one is the dazzle plus or dazzle platinum, depending on location for availability. ex. uk only has dazzle platinum but if ur in the us get dazzle plus

oh wait sorry what you need is the cords that are red white and yellow on both ends (just 1 cord) make sure its long enough to fit from dazzle (connected to usb on pc) to ur vcr or tv. it might come with the cable though if not its only like 3 dollars or so. =)

I'm seriously condiering buying the DVC Platinum but I keep seeing poor reviews due to 'Vista Incompatibility'. Did you record this onto a Vista PC? my laptop is a Vista 32-bit and that's what the Dazzle website said it'll work with. Thanks for any help.
