Half of the people complaining about it are completely missing the point if why it was made. It's a stealth/covert weapon, easier to conceal and carry than, say an Uzi or a Mac10. The frame adds accuracy as well, so it's not just a fancy Glock that folds. Maybe not Special Forces, more like the Secret Service or various security groups.
